She was soft and abstract, always dressed in a subtle auburn hue her hair featured soft shy curls that fell at the slightest brushing of the wind. I cannot recall tiring of them, I can recollect only ever wanting to hide myself in them forever. An infinite loop of savoring their fragrance with every inhale and admiring their beauty. Somehow captured was a dancing in her eyes, an innocence in her grin, and a cute awkwardness to her stride that caused her to stumble. Most often she’d cloth herself in these beautifully fantastic, whimsical long flowing gowns adorned with sequins and tool, fashioned directly from her emotions and even more often breaking her own heart every time she stumbled over them. Fettered, torn or stained she’d build for herself anew, I envied her ability to wear her heart on her sleeves that way. Afar off in a place away from grief I hope she’s residing. I hope her eyes still become ballerinas at the mention of love, I hope she’s cried enough tears of happiness to make a wedding dress of silk and gold a mile long. My deepest wish; may her footsteps forever remain awkward, and may she stumble into a true love so deep she never has a chance to pick herself up ever again.
