Mountain Biking Lower Chiquito Trail in the Wet (unedited)

This is an unedited segment of a longer ride I attempted back in May of 2023. I planned to ride from San Juan Trailhead to the Main Divide via Chiquito, then ride Main Divide all the way to Santiago Peak. To return to San Juan Trailhead where I started, I would take Los Pinos ridge back. I am about two or three hours into the ride, 7 or 8 in the morning, around 50 degrees and I'm soaking wet due to a brief bit of precipitation that came through the night before. The trail was completely overgrown and so all the water that hung to the bushes ended up on me.
