Leroy Caldwell fought some of the hardest punching boxers of all time. Here he compares being punched by George Foreman to being punched by Earnie Shavers - Спорт
Put some respect on this old boxers name and put his name in the title. It’s disrespectful to not.
not enough letters available to. and if we dont explain who he is in the title, most won't know
Quick Tillis once told, "ever kicked by a horse? its like that but on your chin" he was referring to Shavers ...
damn … that’s gonna hurt a lot …
Growing up on a tiny Island in the south pacific with a population of 500 people I only know or heard of these boxers. Ali, Sugar, Roy Jones, Mike Tyson, Lewis and Foreman the one that hits you back to yesterday. Internet wasn't around back then but you heard about the punch ✊
Foreman punches harder but shaver could punch faster. Punching faster feels like punching harder because the person wouldn’t react as quick.
Shavers çok daha sert yumruk atıyo boks hakkında hiç bi bok bilmiyosun
Did you not watch the video bro?? Caldwell, Ali, and Lyle have all stated that Shavers hit harder than Foreman!
Fastest delivery of a punch goes to corrie sanders. He had the quickest punch of a heavyweight I ever saw.
He was a brave man too took a bullet to save his niece a real hero rip
@@joewood5157Corrie Sanders was killed ??
@@joewood5157On 22 September 2012, Sanders was fatally shot in an armed robbery at a restaurant called Thatch Haven in Brits, South Africa, where a function was being held for his nephew's 21st birthday. He had been near the entrance of the restaurant talking to his 15-year-old daughter Marinique and a cousin when three robbers entered firing their guns.[14] Sanders had used his body to shield his daughter from oncoming bullets and then, while bleeding from bullet wounds in his right arm and stomach, pulled her to the ground and whispered for her to pretend to be dead.[15][16][17] Sanders was taken to a hospital in Pretoria, where he died in the early hours of 23 September 2012 of his wounds 😢
Wow I didn't knw that was definitely heroic!!! R.i.p champ
At the end of the day ,, George still hits hard very hard ,,, there is always going to be some one who slightly hits harder ,, you have to remember boxers now are much bigger and heavier....... George had it all a very good chin ,, toughness and a mauling punch ,, the Rone Lyle and George Foreman fight showed how tough George was .... :-)
Yes that was a good fight Ron Lyle and foreman earnie shaver's fought Ron Lyle to that was a good fight also but the secret to why foreman and earnie shaver's hit so hard like that is because they would use this wrist exercise with chopping down trees and it makes the grip in you're wrist stronger that's the secret to knocking someone out because the rotation of the wrist as the punch is being thrown a little guy can knockout a big guy just by doing that excercise alone in a street fight because if you have the skill and know how to throw slip block and move from punches you will know how to use you're fist and hit a pressure point and put a big man to sleep but they both hard it just depends on what the other fighter tells us because we are not in the middle of the ring so it can be anyone choice who fought them because they know how it feels
Shavers didn’t hit slightly harder he hit a lot harder
@@TemurTheConqeuror not sure if errnie shavers hit a lot harder than george forman , he may be hit harder ,, but a lot harder hmmmm!?! No,,,,,,,,, l've seen George just touch some fighters and they would go down ,, and George had a better chin than ernie .... George is genetically a strong person as was Ernie ...
@@glenglen4018 yes Shavers hit way harder than Foreman, and that’s exactly what i thought Foreman has to be the hardest puncher after Shavers (arguebly after Sonny Liston too but i believe George hit harder than Liston), so Shavers the hardest puncher and Foreman second hardest puncher but if u think about it in order to make difference in punching power u have to hit significantly harder, otherwise u can’t really make difference, this is the first argument by logic, second is watch Leroy caldwell who fought Shavers Foreman and Ron Lyle, i can tag u on the vid if u couldn’t find it, he said that Shavers hit way harder than Foreman and that they had different type of punches, Foreman got devastating heavy punches Shavers got shocking punch, Foreman dropped Caldwell 4-5 times before referee stopped it Shavers knocked Caldwell out cold and as caldwell said they were taking his gloves off and he wanted to put them on since he had no idea that fight was already over
But todays boxers have glass jaws and are bums
Shavers hit harder. Ali fought prime Foreman, so did Young. Foreman would beat Shavers. Even though he didnt punch as hard.
Foreman was superior boxer, had a better chin, skills and defense.
Shavers top 1
Forman no 2
good Lord ... gives me chills ...
alright so its confirmed Shaver is the real Saitama 😂
I pick Shavers to beat Foreman if they ever fought
Foreman had advantage in height, weight, reach aganist Shavers, also he was more skilled as a boxer, he had better chin and stamina, that's why he has better resume
All those years I thought Foreman is the hardest hitter
No, heavy thudding puncher but a real one punch killer Like Shavers and Marciano.
@@hassanx9423 Maciano was not near theses guys. He wouldnt even be a heavyweight today.
In no specific order: Ron Lyle, Ernie Shavers and George Foreman are the heaviest hitters in boxing history. No doubt.
He is. The key is wind up velocity. Foreman's punches only needed to travel a few inches. Shavers needed a few feet for wind up velocity. In basketball you can run at full speed and jump or you can jump from a standstill which requires explosiveness.
@@TubetakerBHV Marciano is one of the hardest punchers to ever exist and is right up there. Liston Shavers Lyle? Those guys are also midgets compared to today’s guys What does being heavyweight have to mean so they must be pillow punchers too .. the guy was the heavyweight champion of the world . Marciano was one of if not the hardest punchers to ever be champ. No questions.
Foreman was 22 when he fought Leroy. Shavers was 28.
