@@Triads297 yes i just added mp3's to my explore and battle folders, you can do that! If they're not mp3's you have to convert them to that otherwise your game will crash.

No you don't have to uninstall your old OpenMW if you don't want to, just change the name of the file in the video I showed you so the one from 0.48 doesn't overwrite it. That way you can go back to your old one if the new version of OpenMW doesn't work as well for you.

I did not delete my older version at all. I just renamed the old OpenMW folder so when I installed the new one I didn't overwrite it, so I still have both on my computer. I can revert back to the old one if I want!
