Why not have to motor in the triangle for better ground clearance? Where in italy are you? It looks beautiful 👌

did you consider an NMRV030 worm gearbox? you could skip the belt and directly connect the motor to the gearbox, altough it might affect the formfactor.

Nice. But Looks really low to the ground..

the trials cranks are a great solution in theory, but they totally rule out torque sensing pedal assist.
Ive pondered these problems for months coming up with ideas and solutions. To have a diy solution with hollowtech, or isis splines would require 2 chains and a force sensor mounted to an idler pulley on the crank to motor chain.

I would go for in-runner motor instead of an outrunner. (you are throwing power away on a small battery) Anyway looks awesome!

This is amazing but what im not sure of is that when u pedal the motor spins going faster than u so u have to pedal faster then the motor to increase you speed?

Great work. You should consider selling this system independently. I would be very interested in having the ability to easy add a motor to my enduro bike for longer rides.

they are trials cranks. not the most common thing in the world, but neither hard to find, nor expensive.

Nice. On my to-do list. Have a similar motor already. How much torque can those little gearboxes handle, input/output?

@@stubby7934 they can handle 30nm continuous, 60 peak at the output

Its a shame you designed it around a specific frame, otherwise you could sell it as a kit. I'm also skeptical about your 2,5kw motor spec. Looking just at it size it I think it will overheat at that wattage.

Fun hobbygrade stuff... Not really professional.
