My only concern with the 3 motor build is the front wheel slipping out from under me when cornering, but I guess you get used to the point (of slippage) where you need to be not too throttle happy.. Great build, really inspirational.

I been wanting to build a 24 speed mountain bike with dual 750 watt motors. But still have a 24 speed with free wheeling to coast down long hills. I think that would be a good project with torque sensor.
I've been thinking of doing this. This video convinced me :D But I'll just do the 1500W rear and the Bafang BBSHD. I'm not crazy enough to have 1500W in front.
Great bike. Do you think if you did the same setup on a fat tire bike there would be more grip and therefore less wheelspin? Maybe mount the cross bar battery to a back rack to push the back wheel down more?

Ive done 3000 miles this year on s 52v 1500w build and have never been bothered by anybody. But it depends on your local police force as some are cracking down while others just turn a blind eye to it really.
I ride at 28-32mph on town roads with a speed limit of 35 on my 84aH-48w lectric xp3 all the time in IL (USA) and the cops dont care. I wear a full helmet and have great day/night lighting so i think that goes a long way in terms of u skipping stop lights so long as u slow down and check twice etc. I take the sidewalk when its insanely busy tho, unless there are two lanes per side.
@@mobaby1979 your in the USA where the ebike laws are very good and it's harder to tell what's legal or illegal over there. In the UK the rules are very clear but I find most ebike riders aren't on road legal ones but the police just let you get on with it. In my part of the UK they are chill AF.

I know you are only going 15mph😉 but be careful as you know the law on ebikes in England is only having 250 Watts of power on the road so need to remember to use the speed and power limiter u have installed on your bike so they know how its road legal still l😉
Do a conversation on a non standard bottom bracket like me,on my chopper with 51.5mm inner diameter.. U can do even bigger BB,on bmx with 55mm dia BB! U must have an eccentric adapter..
I wonder about this too as you always see 1500w kits for sale (mines Voilamart 1500/48) but you don't really see others claiming to be 2000w kits... I think it's just a clever selling technique as they are just 1500w kits that peek at around 2000w as all other 1500w kits I imagine do..? I'd also like to have more info regarding this as it makes me wonder if they just say this to sell more units???

@mickyb.8014 I think you're over thinking it. At any case a 48v voilamart kit imo is inferior quality and wouldn't be peaking at 2000w the same as a 52v 20a kit with quality lg battery cells

love the bike mate the only thing i would say (unsure if the 360 can do this) but try and put a speedo on the screen (when you build this amount of power or more) nut you and Andy are legends of the ebike world in the uk maybe try and be like a guniepig for andys kits and with the easy rider theirs gotta be a way to unlock the full power as some companys like you said without the part to make the mid drive work 100% without the part on the bike they restrict it to 15-30-40 and so on. but keep up the good work. Maybe try building a trike with either a mid drive kit or put 2 wheels on the back or triple the hub motor or play around with some ideas. Keep it up mate!!
I have a 250w trike here but tbh I've thought about this already but it's sketchy as a 250w and feels like death waiting to happen above 10mph it's the only thing stopping me doing something with it the handling is just death 😂

That's Tommy a.k.a "E-bike guy" he's a real nice guy, he will help anyone doing a build, proper nice guy..he helped me when I was doing my 1st 1500w48v hub build.
@@DudeStuffit's those qs203 hub motors he uses, they don't half shift when used with the fardriver controller, he also builds really high ampage batteries. He's a great guy, very helpful if you ask him any questions regarding e-build's.
@mickyb.8014 amps are gonna help with acceleration more than speed. Unless the 8kw hub is somehow the key to the equation and is geared for higher speed. It just didn't look 100mph on camera but it may of been.

Definitely too thin for that speed, to my advice. It would need at least 26x4 tires and possibly a bigger frame. Anyway, nice experimentations, bro. Stay safe. Also, make speed tests away from pubblic roads please and no, I'm no Karen, I have a 2000W bi-motor, modified, and I would never ride that fast in traffic or places with too many people around. Don't get made with me if you can 🙂
If there's a clampdown on ebikes or rules are tightened ever further you'll probably complain but weaving In and out of traffic and riding like this on busy roads is absolutely contributing to it happening

This is silly as the top speed will be limited by kv of the hub motor, Multiple motors will only increase the torque. No increase in speed.
