Yes because a random guy on YT who is not even a coach or involved in NZ rugby in any way is somehow running World Rugby. The rules have been changed to reduce the amount of wasted time in a rugby game, if your team has not been guilty of that you should not have anything to worry about.

Scott Barrett is the most important player in the All Black team. He should be treated like gold. If Whitelock and Retallic is out Barrett is going to have a massive job going forward. If he is not available there is no way the All Blacks will be able to replace three experienced locks before the 2027 World Cup.
