To be honest, the AB's are a dark horse rather than a favorite. France, Ireland and SA looking much better right now. The pundits are basing their strength of the AB's off of a home game against SA. Meanwhile they almost lost to Australia, lost to France, drew against England and have been 1/5 against Ireland. An All Black final should be a surprise rather than expected.

Well, guess what: we're quite human, we, too, have brilliant "skillsets" (which you always retain for your team only), and we thumped NZ off the field at Twickenham--where were your skillsets then? Finally, last time you beat us in NZ, you "blitzed" us with a *kicking* game for 20 minutes--supposedly only *our* kind of game, eh? Or was that "footie?" I don't think so, gentlemen. And the same *kicking blitz* did not work against France in the opener, did it, now. The fact is, NZ has become an up and down and predictable team, while the pundits hang on to past glories.
@saffainaus7667 If that were true which I don’t believe to be so, any dislike for the situation he found himself in, (not hatred for the opposition) would be completely understandable, the way you poisoned him so badly on that Thursday in 1995, that his preparation was utterly destroyed, and he was still spewing on the field for the final, so he had to be replaced before halftime. Why the hatred for Jeff? Is it because he was normally such a great finisher. God told us to love our fellow man, great rugby player or not. Makes me wonder who is your god ! It wasn’t the beating that hurt him, but the poisoning. Try and have some empathy for him, if you find it at all possible. The whole of New Zealand was in shock re what some human beings could do to others just to have them beaten in a game. They were used to the ratbags driving around the hotel car parks all night screeching their tyres so the ABs couldn’t sleep, but not poisoning. Who would think to take precautions for that ? Agree mate. The Boks threw the game away by not kicking out the ball - France got penalty , kicked for touch and then mauled over for a try.
Ireland beat us by scoring a try because the flanker entered the ruck from offside position , quick turnover and then they scored out wide.
We beat both teams but the score didn’t reflect that.
We didn’t even have a proper kicker on both days. 😂
In the end the World Cup is all that matters and we are in a very strong position - No SA supporter is cocky about it - we have belief that the team can go on and win - no bullshit.
Nah Ireland just beat you stop crying about it.
@@Sbu_Phakathwayo just focus on getting out of your pool you arrogant, hubris-filled Bok fans. You beat an AB team in a warm-up game against 13/14 players. The ABs easily beat the Boks (regularly) at Ellis Park, in NZ, at the last 2 world cups. Be careful there sport.
Sore loser. France also had Dupont red carded. You lost fair and square. Live with it. Gosh...SA fans are so full of themselves
Hi everyone I'm here after the Boks world cup win. Is anyone up for a chat 😅😅
This popped into my feed at random today, it's amazing how accurate some of the predictions in the chat are.
Hahaha nope they quiet now.
The disrespect against Springboks worldwide is really baffling.
😂
Arrogance ?
Of what i read since several days, most of disrespectful comments are SA's specialty...
Soo true that too many "analists, ex players" only talk about SA forwards as our backs are super electric and dynamic. Hope to see that changed because the backs need much more respect and recognition
Good Day Mates, rather don't get too worked up. Buy a Springbok jersey and enjoy being part of the winning team. No worries.
Boks & ABs to top their pools.... if ABs don't get taken out in the quarters (Boks won't) Boks & AB final 👍🏻👍🏻
The Final we all want and hope for...28 years is a long wait. 🙏
Only ludicrous part is gonna be the jersey situation. Imagine a Springbok v. All Blacks final with the All Blacks playing in White colors while the Springboks might have to wear their rediculous blue and white pajamas 😳 thanks again Beaumont 🙄
Nope, France to give the AB's carrots. France will top the pool.
Which nation has been most successful in RWC history?? Answer is in my recent vid 😉
@footyfin Technically, the Springboks with 3 from 7 at 43% vs. the All Blacks with 3 from 9 at 33%...realistically their tied, so let's hope for a final that will determine the most successful of RWC teams.
Maybe Jeff should stop moaning about the fact that the ABs only had 13 players on the field and start asking questions about the ABs discipline.
Exactly. It was pressure that led to multiple penalties. Multiple penalties led to cards.
This is good comic relief 😂
The commentators attitudes are rather ignorant - they are still commentating like SA have not substantially upped their game. Before the Boks played predictable forwards based 10 man box kick rugby. But as we have seen in the last few matches, the Boks have varied their attack substantially, both within the backs and within the forwards. That's bloody hard to defend against if the set pieces are being dominated.
these guys act like south africa didnt play with their backline and on the front foot AND they ot acknowledging that we have a different type of flyhalf now as opposed to our usual kick and chase, up and under tactic
It is ok man. Let the rest of the world be stuck in their thinking that our Boks play style has not changed. While they are still thinking we are a kick chase team, our backs will find the space and run circles around them lol
Didn’t Moodie and Arendse, who are both backs score solo tries without any help from the forwards in the most recent test against NZ?
So many passionate comments in this comment section...ill come here after the RWC is over to review all of y'all
Nice to see the 7-1 split whingefest has come to an end.
And then???
the complementarity of Dupont and Jalibert might surprise you guys.
NZ will not take it home this time around...too many things wrong under Fozzy
Do I sense fear in Jeff Wilson???....
Nope. Just focus on getting out of your pool you arrogant, hubris-filled Bok fas. You beat an AB team in a warm-up game against 13/14 players). The ABs easily beat the Boks (regularly) at Ellis Park, in NZ, at the last 2 world cups. Be careful there sport.
Is it just me, or did this video just end halfway through the program? It seem to end just before the panel started discussing the SA/IRE comparison??
Then I hear from the "pundits" (by the way, the lady retains a cool head), that we're "monsters" that only our "physicality" wins us matches, that we "strangle" others, and so on.
Jeff Wilson hates the Boks. That last beating on the ABs still hurts him very much. The fear of the ABs has gone, but don't underestimate the ABs.
@saffainaus7667
If that were true which I don’t believe to be so, any dislike for the situation he found himself in, (not hatred for the opposition) would be completely understandable, the way you poisoned him so badly on that Thursday in 1995, that his preparation was utterly destroyed, and he was still spewing on the field for the final, so he had to be replaced before halftime.
As it turned out, the kiwi naivety ultimately contributed to SA anniversary celebrations.
@@martybarry2395 'the way you poisoned him so badly on that Thursday in 1995' - prove it ?
That's so true don't underestimate the All Blacks they always bounce back with a vengeance ❤All Blacks you can definitely do it in the future 💯👏👏👍👍🏆
@@ejmproductions8198 they can't prove it, in the same way as they can't prove the bullshit about a secret message sent by someone at WR to some NZRU person that Aaron Smith's try should have been awarded. Same bullshit hearsay rumour with same quantity of supporting evidence (zero), just a myth to explain to the next generation why they lost.
In the case of the Aaron Smith try, World Rugby have already released an official statement that debunks the rumour and in the case of "Suzie", the same person who spear headed the rumour is the guy who literally flushed all the evidence down the toilet....
I am from the future ... and all I want to say to Jeff Wilson is : "wherefore art thou...?"
Jeff Wilson a.k.a. Goldie, and Sir John Kirwan just disappeared off UA-cam ... any reasons?
Siya cant play the game by himself, it's the entire team effort.
Aged wonderfully......😂
If France beat new Zealand u know Jeff Wilson is gonna start crying 😭 about we didn't have frizell n retalic instead congratulating france
The best rugby mind of all time Naas Botha said you can forget about winning if your pack isn’t dominating…Springboks got the best forwards going in…
There has always been mutual respect between boks supporters and all blacks. Jeff is going to change that.
Rubbish listen to your own
Great show..
Boks are the world Champions 🏆. They are the team to beat
the ABs, one abberation aside, beat the Boks regularly - at Ellis Park, in NZ, at the last WC, and now this one.
@nzfreeski NZ have the best record and are overall the best team ever .. just not this year or this world cup
@@nzfreeskiwe are not at Ellis park right now your words will have no impack on the team on form . Boks made you look like a kindergarten team . And that was NZ strongest team . Key players like cheslin did even play
@@conciousbeing1111 You're right, Ellis park is a doddle for us. You were hammered 50-0 a few years ago and are still a great team. Through poor AB discipline, you played against 13/14 of us for most of the game - get some perspective. Lomax was injured early, Frizzel and Retallic, 2 key enforcers were not playing. You should focus on getting out of your pool - the ABs only need 3 big games - we will be at the qtrs weather we win or lose to France. 🤣
@@nzfreeski let's wait and see . If you loose this weekend against France what excuse will you have bro, are you gonna blame it on France or yourself or the boks . I watch NZ rugby because I know yall are our biggest competition. The team I've watched since I can remember are just not the same unfortunately 2015 was my favourite NZ team. Super rugby have a big impact , Australia and Fiji don't bring the same competition and tension like we did . But yeah let's wait and see how you guys go this WC
If we have the opening game as the possible RWC final, will it be the first time?
France croissant is the winner ! Jeff wilson will eat the humble pie come this saturday 😢😂

Can't wait to see these faces when the Boks shine brightest after being written off completely once again🙄🇿🇦❤️
No one is writing them off

Which nation has been most successful in RWC history?? Answer is in my recent vid 😉
@@footyfin Not you
@@footyfin South Africa is the most successful in world cups bro same amount of cups as the All Blacks with less games played
Like with England, after beating NZ in 2019, everyone were praising, chanting, predicting, wishing, England to win the Cup. A sort of human defence mechanism to deal with the deep, engraved realization that the Boks will most probably turn up the heat when it matters most...and win the final.
The same rent free realization is still lingering in the guts and minds of many, now talking France and sometimes Ireland, two nations that could never win the World Cup due to the lack of depth and experience of going through the paces and dealing with the pressures on World Cup stage. SA has done it and know how to stay calm, cool and collected. SA just believe in themselves to be able to do it once more.
Making France the favourites just made it easier for the Boks. We now have something to motivate us to beat France. Thank you.
The boks could've entered 2 teams in this competition and still be competitive towards any team. Can't wait 😊
Yea there’s no point in other teams entering the competition really, the boks are that good. Another delusional boks fan lol

Lets hope for a abs boks final 💪
For sure the mighty BOKS are gonna retain the Webb ellis .

Come on Jeff….. let’s hear it now.
The boks suddenly have a dangerous backline.
Will SA ruin party for France and New Zealand!!!! The arrogance is astonishing tbh! Number 1 team in world totally ignored even though we have beaten all 3 relatively recently ☘️☘️
Hehehehehe
True, but you can't ignore the history behind it all.
I do think the springboks giving the abs a hiding right before world cup is the best thing for abs .
I do too and I'm terrified the boks take too much from it. Played well first half and second half ABS a man down so anything less than a hiding is a bad result for us.
@@daggaboomNot only, the big win right before the World Cup makes us favorites in many peoples eyes. I dislike. I think the Boks play better as underdogs in World Cups.

Came here for my receipts🎉😂❤❤
They have.😂
I can't believe the question!!! Are you really writing Ireland off? Gee guys!!! A bit of humility! And I'm French!
😂😂😂 yeah, Ireland and France were never mentioned in the semis
Some people's feelings of entitlement make them soo bitter whenever they are upstaged. Good luck.
Don't think that at all!..
BOKS could go with a 1/7 spilt, if they wanted to.
And they will. They play withinthe rules. Or are there rules on rules?
Still waiting for the 8-0 split.
Much better.. giving credit where credit's due
As long as South Africa dominate scrums then the backs will do the rest. South Africa undoubtedly have the best forward pack in world rugby. We saw that at the 2019 RWC & against the British & Irish Lions in 2021.
Goldie's golden era has receded completely, change your nic' to cabbage patch, and embrace your senior years Jeff.
Do not discount Italy from a huge upset
What's happened to the title? "xxxxxxxxxxx..."
I have lost respect for Jeff Wilson when he defended Barrett's blatant foul play on Marx. I can't let it go
You played 14 because of discipline. And if you don't get with it, you will be out of contention, done. Unfortunately, the northern standard was set, and all revs will be cognizant on how to blow the AB`s. The Boks just capitalized on your own mistakes. Every other team will try what the Boks did to win against them. I really hope they come through, because it would be a shame if the best is not at the top. Not the lucky, but the best.
BOKS = 4 x RWC ......which 2 were against the AB ......GO BOKKE GO
Arendse, Pollard, Kolbe, Moodie, Willemse, Mapimpi, We're not just Monsters!!! We have Snipers and Ninjas at the back🎉🎉🎉

Jeff Wilson still drowning in a sea much deeper than himself :) poor chap way out of his depth
yes.
SA won,..no problem...and the others can take a back seat|
How can Mills call it 'super' rugby what you playing amongst yourselves, being the best ,there with the Ausies, who are not at all what they used to be and then there are the island teams??
Such an easy road the AB have. But yea going to meet SA at some stage.
Not if they meet ireland first. They are no joke.
Play france, play either SA or IRE in quarter final. Where is the easy part?
That statement is an oxymoron, AB could meet SA in a QF
Put the drugs down and step away from the computer.
@daggaboom Ireland have never wan an rwc quarter finals in rugby world cup failure
Did someone fall asleep on the job? Title and description are very informative 😋
Drop Mo'Unga to the bench, Beuden at 10 and D Mac at 15. From a Boks fan.
Goldie a lot more upbeat this week😂
Given last weeks commentary. It feels like the panel forced themselves to compliment the boks after much critisim. Still didn't seem genuine.
Pool A: France will beat the All Blacks convincingly in the opening game. Italy will lift themselves, beat Uruguay and Namibia, Then the unthinkable happens.........Jeff Wilson loses the power of speech.
No he will deny the loss... And probably blame the ref
Wilson never won the world cup. He started in the 1995 final which NZ lost (he was replaced early in 2nd half), and played in the team which choked and lost the semi to France in 1999. Seems to me that he still feels frustrated about those losses.
@footyfin
Seems to me you have an inferiority complex when it comes to Jeff Wilson and understandably so. You keep banging on about 1995 where ABs were poisoned out of it, drew in regular time and then lost to a completely inferior side. Wilson was one of the best finishers in world rugby. What happened- did a kiwi rock musician run off with your wife or something?
Just like we called it@@nz.co_2332
I think we called that one just about right 🙂@@footyfin
Riiiietchiiie Moooo Unga is no Dan Carter.. That is for sure!!! Good player but struggles when the pack is not dominant.
Breakdown !! South African haters, the lady is the leader...of haters...
Hahahhahahaha, I would looooove to hear “Goldie’s” excuses this week. So the AB’s lose by a record margin to SA, but no, no, you see, it was the ref’s fault.
No that the AB’s have lost their first ever RWC pool match, I wonder who will be blamed? I mean, can’t be that God’s-gift-to-rugby is just poor can it?
Even if everything goes right within this current NZ camp, I still can’t see them beating Ireland in the QF. This time around I think that a Ireland just have too much for the AB’s.
If France are able to kill the ball with their tackles, the kiwis have no chance.
I did not see France losing inn Friday
France at home,a strong pack,a World Cup opener, its a no brainer
Can't wait for this match... We are not so confident for friday.😉
Yes
Sorry, typo: 2019.
I'm not if this is still relevant but yes they did
South Africa’s bench could win the RWC.
Foster is not winning a WC with Cane as captain. 2 uninspiring leaders do not win WC's...
Yes.
Ireland no chance. No chance, no chance, no chance. We haven't a hope.
WC 4 weeks out with doubts about Retallick & Frizell should be replaced now!!
If the ABs lose against France that will be great for the Bokke .it would be great to play the the ABs in the quarters so we can smash them once again and then Jeff Wilson can shut up .Cry baby 😢😢😢
Hell no! WTF are you thinking? What exactly do you think will be going through the AB's mind the next time we meet them? As if they aren't hard enough on a regular day, meeting them in a world cup KO game after giving them a hiding in a warm up game is a terrible idea. That will be the single most motivated AB team in history.
Hahaha, you should focus on getting out of your pool there champ, and not over-celebrate a warm-up game against 13/14 players - the ABs beat the Boks regularly - at Ellis Park, In NZ, at the past 2 WCs. 🤣😪🤤🤑
@@nzfreeski First part yea I agree...but we will get out the group stage. And no the AB's do not regularly beat the boks at Ellis Park. They might do in the years to come as more Springboks are playing oversees and not at Ellis park altitude. as of right now, AB's are 5/14 at Ellis Park
