at first when we got to nyc I was like "damn I don't know how I'm going to do this because there are sooooo many people on the street at all times" but then i realized that i have no choice and now the more and more i do it the easier it gets. i still get anxious and feel awkward sometimes, but it's my exposure therapy 😅

Thanks Alia! I lived this life with the little xmas trees and sparkly lights in nyc when i was young, and it’s a joy watching you and ur dude still doing. Things have changed since my first nyc xmas in 2008 when i lived in williamsburg. We left nyc for mexico in 2018 and as much as i love living at the beach and having a groovy little life… nothing beats nyc this time of year and you captured my experience so closely.
