My iPhone and my computer won’t connect anymore. They were connected before but I haven’t used the printer in a couple of months now all of a sudden they won’t connect to the printer. WiFi is connected to the printer but my iPhone and my computers all won’t connect. It tried but I keep getting printer not responding. Idk what else to do, I’ve been watching videos I tried reinstalling the app again and it’s not working. The only way I can get it to work is with wired connection then obviously it’s fine. That defeats the whole point on having a wireless printer. If anyone can help me out. I have the TS6420a model.
