That is my motto.
I am a german car driver with 20 + years of driving experience and as you could have guessed: I love cars. I show you how I drive from my POV with two onboard cams. There is “no speedlimit“ for me, only the limit of the car can stop me. I demonstrate acceleration tests ( 0-100 kph / 0-200 kph / 100-200 kph / 200-300 kph ), high-speed-runs and test drives on the German Autobahn / Deutsche Autobahn. With my videos I want to give you a real and raw driving experience with all type of cars (manual, automatic, electric, hybrid) and all the noises that come with it. So let‘s find out how fast I can drive, shall we? But I have one last message for you: Please don‘t test your limits on the streets when you don‘t know what you are doing. Pretty good car with a nice engine. At high speeds it is very stable. For who doesn't know: the faster you go and the sportier your driving style is, the schock absorbers get harder. Because of that doing corners and drive at high speed is a pleasure and safe at the same time. One thing: my from 2011 is quiter...
This was my first time driving the A class from this series. Like many people I had low expactations without a reason. I was completly wrong. The car feels stable at all speeds. The engine does a great job with good response. It is a good daily driver.
Yours is quiter because I had a sunroof which is not closing properly and is halfway fixed with tape 🤣
i got the a140 and it doesnt feel stable at all, at +100/120kph the steering is really weird and doesnt feel safe at all@@NoSpeedLimitGermany

Der A170 in dem Video ist interessanterweise recht träge. Ich besitze auch einen A170, allerdings ein etwas leichteres Coupé (ähnlich ausgestattet, nur ohne Lamellendach). Der ist deutlich zügiger/spritziger und hat auch jenseits der 200 noch Kraft. Erreichter Top Speed waren hier 215Km/h Tacho/ 208-210 Km/h laut GPS auf ebener Strecke.
Sehr interessant ich habe einen a200 Avantgarde und da ist maximal 235kmh drin.
habe mir heute eine für 1000€ mit tüv gegönnt erste hand immer alles gemacht bischen rost an den türen ^^ aber sosnt top freue mich morgen geht er zu anmeldung
That's my car. The things i love about it, flawless transmission, incredibly smooth, self parking, rear distance indicators visible in rear mirror, no turbo, powerful 1.7 l engine, pretty good soundproofing, compact yet super spacious inside, overall feels like a premium car despite really cheap price. Definitely worth it if well maintained.

Doesn’t look very safe at high speeds
This must be a delusion. On straights it is very stable at all speeds.
The handling of the W169 is pretty good. High speeds and sporty cornering are no problem for the W169. The W169 handles better on the road and in curves than the Golf 5
@@project_a170 I’ve driven both of them, and I’m sure that the Golf V somehow feels better in curves than the A Class. And I’m not a huge fan of VW tbh.
Maybe is just my opinion because in the Merc you sit in a higher position than the Golf, but the VW feels more “connected” to the road.
@@project_a170 the W169 has a de-dion rear axle which feels quite special in curves, but overall as far as I know nothing beats a late model golf for handling - for just a front-wheel-drive car I mean

Silly question because most will say "well you can hear cant you?" but actually I wondered does the camera add a lot of sound or is this car very loud at higher speeds? I really like the car, its small enough for the wife and has enough poke (power, speed) for my general needs but I was wondering how loud is the car when driving, its sometimes very hard to judge through a camera depending on mics or just the camera models, so although silly perhaps, it is a genuine question lol
I own this car just recently. A model from 2005 and I'm genuinely surprised how quite It is on the highway when going 120km/h. You won't get too much noise since Mercedes really nailed the insulation those time. Pretty underrated car If you ask me.
Top speed however I think It's normal that you will hear more noise but definitely not like the sound you hear in the video. I think he has window issues.
