Ryan Dowdy was one of my classmates from the food science graduate program at UC Davis! I knew he worked with NASA's food development, and I knew he was skilled at public speaking and very open to addressing the public, but I never expected to see him on a UA-cam channel I happened to be watching! That's crazy!
