What if I told you that you could eat the BEST BURGER IN BANGKOK, and pay whatever you want? If you love it, pay $15 or $20. If you hate it, pay $0.
This is the story of a young man named Taiki, who spends 6 hours every day making 4 burgers for a very exclusive list of people to eat. Yes, he spends more than 1 hour to hand-craft each burger from scratch - every little detail to perfection!
Taiki was introduced to burgers when he was living in Washington State a few summers ago. When he returned to Bangkok, he realized there weren't any good burger joints in town -- so he built up the courage to do it all himself.
This is one of my favorite videos I've ever made. I have a pretty good feeling that his future restaurant of Homeburg will be famous someday very soon. This video is only the start!!
Side note to this video, I met Taiki because his kitchen just happens to be in the same building of my co-working space where I eat lunch every day. I always see him working his a** off every day cooking burgers, so I approached him only to discover his inspiring story. What a guy!

Actually happens at the restaurant I work at. There is this one lady who literally comes in, at least once a week. She orders our mustard crusted chicken entree EVERY TIME. Eats about 1-2 bites for the first dish brought to her, says it's burnt, and then requests a new one on top of complaining to the manager. It's absolutely insane lol
I'll gladly pay you on Tuesday, for a hamburger today.

1. It is not commonly available in Asian countries
2. Pause and look at the bacon, it doesn’t look as red as beef or as white as turkey. It’s pink like pork bacon

This guy is just passionate about his cooking which he has made it an art, to see as well as eat...
My dudes burger game is on another level. All that precision and thought for only 6 people, definitely making a loss with so many ingredients and the honor pay system. Doing it for pure love of providing the best experience to his customers. Hats off man, the explination of why he cuts the meat the way he does is perfect, I worked in many restaurants never had anyone put that much thought into grinding meat before. Hope this guy realized his dreams, he should have a restaurant, might have to cook more than one burger at a time though, or hire like 30 cooks to individually make each persons order, ha ha.
