Great video, Ezra! I have been struggling with my plant foot. I plant with my foot at a slight angle rather than 90 degrees. I am hoping this helps some.
Love your videos, they are always easy to understand and I love that your helping the newer players understand how we throw plus doing it correctly so in the long run they don’t damage they’re knees or put to much stress on any one part of they’re body. Great vid bro👍
Been watching some of your vids and man your step putt changed my game drastically. I have increased my putting by about 50% in a few days even drained a couple from 45 ft plus. Also watched your vids on throwing further and threw my first quality 300 ft drive today so thanks a bunch man. Your explanation and style fits very well with my style and understanding of the game (I'm very new like about 6 rds of play so far but much improved from my first rd) so modeling my game after yours is taking strokes off my game pretty quickly. Hope to see you kill it on tour, your my guy so all the best to you.

Thanks, this was perfect. I have found my 3rd step offset was non existent, basically stepping straight at target, thus robbing the shot of optimal rotation.
I'm kinda fascinated by what Ezra and Simon do with the non-throwing arm. It's helping to generate torque somehow, I think, but it's weird af. This is another excellent video. Best recent disc golf content anywhere.
Great tips. It takes some effort to keep that 2nd X-step foot perpendicular - maybe will get natural with more practice. I have to purposely throw that toe forward, otherwise that foot comes out 45° backwards - robbing power.
For sure, I had the same issue a while back. I had to almost think having my toe point towards the target in order for it to be correct, just slightly turned back. It's honestly hard to have it rotated to far forward
It took 2 hours for UA-cam to let it's subscriber know a new video came out?! This is Ezra were talking about. Don't they know we're trying to grow this channel and get this guy a 15 passenger van to pimp out!!?? ;) Much love brother

Hey Ezra, I have a video idea you might suggest to OTB. A test of small-diameter midranges, from what they have in stock to send you. Some examples might be Caiman, Cro, Croc, Gator, Panther, Rat, Skeeter, or Spider from Innova, or the Maestro from Discmania. Many brands have at least one disc in the 4 to 5 speed range that's a small diameter disc like putters and midranges. Maybe someone at OTB can hook you up with some for you to test, from any manufacturer they might have handy. Just a thought!
@@EzraAderholdDG I'm literally bagging a Skeeter right now, instead of my Mako3, since it's in cheaper DX plastic, and I have been worried lately about potentially losing a more expensive disc on some of the courses I'm playing. It's a pretty decent disc.
When the disc comes out the weight should have transferred fully to the front leg so you can balance on it. The left knee should rotate in towards your right knee to help with the go rotation
