    This is fantastic! I truly believe in the healing power of yoga which at times I feel that most people just think its for fitness and flexibility. sequences like this really help reduce the symptoms and impact of ongoing bad asthma. Thank you!

    For exercises to cope with asthma see for example Austin Goh Asthma with video.

    Note lip pressure which on inhale relaxes lung airways by physiological reflex.
    I healed my chronic asthma by firmly pressing my lips together and keeping clear of asthma drugs, if necessary with medical advice.

      Do you have any video showing how its done, the lip- exercise .How many times pr day? How slow etc?

      I just kept my lips pressed together as a habit. With time the asthmatic airway remodeling is corrected.

      @@versecannon3651 Hi Verse, more or less all the time. At night I tape my my mouth. See mouth anti-snore.

    not all postures ok for beginner's. does not spend enough time in each posture, moves through them too fast.
