Note lip pressure which on inhale relaxes lung airways by physiological reflex. I healed my chronic asthma by firmly pressing my lips together and keeping clear of asthma drugs, if necessary with medical advice.

Do you have any video showing how its done, the lip- exercise .How many times pr day? How slow etc?

I just kept my lips pressed together as a habit. With time the asthmatic airway remodeling is corrected.

not all postures ok for beginner's. does not spend enough time in each posture, moves through them too fast.
