It would be awesome. Picks at different angles and fiber carbon neck.
That would be so sick! - even cooler would be all used picks that the player who's building it has collected over the years... that way one could say "I played all of my other guitars with all of the picks that make up the body of this guitar" ... so freaking sick

you should totally try this with woodless coloured pencil so all you see if the colour rather than the wood

From one craftsman to another - I absolutely love your work! And regarding those 5 pencils in a row, there are a few lines of white pencils and I think it adds to the overall look of the guitar!

MajorSeventh from some studdies made by the university of science London and some further experiments in Southampton science department and the Bournemouth music department we can confirm that yes. It would disappear but less so in a “vanish” and more so in a as you pluck the string, the guitar falls to dust marvel style ;)

Excellent clean tone! Clear and chimey, without being brassy or harsh! And I must say, humbling skills, my friend! In both playing AND building guitars. You should consider selling them! Make them high quality one-off creations built to customer specs and charge a princely sum for them! I'm sure they would sell well!

Love the idea and execution! I’ve got full-time year-round access to several 50 gallon drums of very high-quality resins, in every color/pearlized color imaginable. I’ve been around resins and industrial castings my whole life, and I’ve had so many cool ideas I wanted to try. but so far haven’t done anything related to musical instruments and resins. I have however done enough experimenting to know I can safely send a piece of 1 inch thick resin through my carbide planer. 24 inches wide and about 32 inches long… Made one hell of a mess..... but it left a great milled finish! Basically like it had been sanded with 400 grit,
if you’re anywhere in the south you’re more than welcome to run any of your projects through my planner. I’ve run all types of acrylics, resins, and epoxies through it. Even some micarta!,,, and other types of super tough material, No worse for wear, didn’t seem to affect the carbide inserts. However I found it helpful beforehand To remove the cover and give a few squirts of thinned beeswax/ flaxseed oil mixture from a squirt bottle.
