    Lifestyle Changes
    Regular Exercise: Engage in moderate physical activity, such as walking, jogging, or yoga, to help lower cortisol. Avoid excessive or intense workouts, which can increase cortisol.
    Adequate Sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night. Establish a regular sleep schedule and create a relaxing bedtime routine.
    Mindfulness and Meditation: Practice mindfulness meditation, deep breathing exercises, or progressive muscle relaxation to reduce stress.
    Hobbies and Leisure Activities: Engage in activities you enjoy to take your mind off stressors and reduce cortisol levels.
    Social Support: Spend time with friends and family. Positive social interactions can help lower stress and cortisol.
