Just to clarify, what I wanted to reflect in the video: Static stretching involves holding a stretch in a challenging but comfortable position for a period, typically 15-60 seconds. and dynamic stretching involves moving parts of the body through a full range of motion in a controlled manner.

    Many times I notice the anxiety has to do to some event, some person that will be important (for good or bad), some undesirable circumstance and my intuition warns me first. Second I start feeling anxious and sweating a lot. After I leave the place and maybe even the next day I see clearly why I am being protected.
