How to make fish Vindaloo
Fish / Mackerel - 1/2 kg
Kashmiri dried chili - 9
Garlic small cloves - 15 to 20 ( If very small 20 )
Ginger - 1.5 long
Small onion - 7 to 8
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Curry leaves -
Vinegar - 2 tbsp.
Fenugreek seeds - 1 pinch
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Onion - 2 medium sized
Coconut oil - 3 tbsp
Tomato - 2 small
Water - 3/4 cup for grinding masala
and 1.5 cup for the gravy
salt required
