Never realised what an interesting, intelligent guy Hunter McIntyre was before. He really makes you think about how you conduct and live your life. Great interview, so enjoyable.

Love listening to Hunter! By the way, handstand walking has nothing to do with fitness. Gymnastics needs to be eliminated from CrossFit or they will continue to be weird and aloof while driving away mainstream viewers. Everyone lifts, bikes, and swims, but less than 1% of the world does gymnastics. Hyrox is something everyone can do, which is why it’s growing exponentially!

Fantastic interview Ollie. I don't think people realise the work it takes to get the point Hunter has. His whole life has been sacrificed to the graft, and it shows. I think a good takeaway from this is don't be a pussy and just fucking work. I would absolutely love to come out to Hunter's ranch to train, what a dream that would be! All the best for the worlds Hunter.
