Well to be fair..Kojima was a member of MSF in Peace Walker. This could be seen as an continuity nod.
I honestly was NOT expecting Kojima to be the VIP.
Now I finally understand why he did motion capture....
But this brings another question...He said he was the 3rd person in the hospital on the GDC trailer. The fact he's there is that implying he survived MSF's fall as well?
Yes he did survive. He also appeared in MGS V TPP and was supposed to be rescued by Venom Snake.

the funny part is at the beginning of this mission i knew it was going to be him because the way they look at the sunglasses at the beginning and then i remember hideo wearing those in that recent interview he did about Gz's

1:00 - nine years later, the way the music swells as the scene is revealed against the sunrise/sunset still gives me chills. This was my favorite bit of Ground Zeroes, and after having played through it several times years ago, I sometimes just come back to this one to replay a passive run of it.

nope, the game saves your last rank, which means you can have only one

To get S rank u have to use the Uragan-5 pistol
It helps if you use nightvision on this mission. Theyre in the game for this reason.

Nespithe Fire effects is fine. Look at the old Phantom Pain Hospital Escape demo. And the old Phantom Pain trailer. Fire is everywhere and looks great.
