cloudmonster v1 has been one of my all time favourites as it just worked for me and has ended up being one of my most versatile shoes. I got 500 miles running on my first pair then have walkwd well over 300 miles in them. On almost 200 miles running in my 2nd pair and still love them 😁. Not sure why they work so well for me but i am worried they wont work so well for me in v2 as i have a narrow foot! I ended up panicking and buying another v1 on sale 🤣.

      Hey Dr Sam,
Thanks for the feedback on V1. One of my all time favourite shoes also. Keep your eye out for Monster Hyper (due in April) This shoe fits like V1 in the upper, but has a new midsole. Lighter and significantly more responsive. I’m currently 25 km in my review of this shoe pre launch…. My expectations have been exceeded on how this shoe performs. When your V1s wear out and you don’t find the v2 to be as comfortable, know you can slip into the Monster Hyper with confidence. It’s a little more expensive which needs to be highlighted.
All the best with your training and fitness goals.
      Regards,
      Josh

I just tried these on at the Zurich airport and even a half size down I had to really tighten the laces to get something approximating a good lockdown.
The fit of the upper is just a sloppy mess

Thinking about getting the cloud monster 1’s.I’m a uk 8 so would I just go true to size because I’ve seen people saying to half size up? Thanks.

      Hey Scott,
Thanks for watching and sending through your question. What’s shoe are you currently using? And let me know the size and width and I’ll guide you in the right direction. Monster 1 and 2 has required some consideration when sizing, and it’s always relative to where someone is coming from.
      Regards,
      Josh

Hi Max, if you had an 11.5 in Monster V1 and you enjoyed that size… then yes I’d be ordering an 11. Let me know how you go. Josh

Thanks for the feedback. If you are interested in On still, then consider trying the CloudRunner 2 - surprisingly protective but not on an midsole that’s overly responsive. All the best and happy running!
