The normal reviews, like a jordan are cool, but these kind of videos not even necessarily like comfort list just shoes that don't get talked about. i remember watching that one with a list of adidas shoes and the top 10 new balance. Jordan are cool but bro every one has them, it not even about trying to be most unique. It got to a point me and friends would go out and we were all waying the same dunk, in different colours like a rainbow, that when i sold it and changed, i only go for unique pieces. its not even about price, it just has to be cool to me.
@@folaobitayo2678I completely get what ur saying. It allows you to be able to express yourself more than a pair of hype shoes. I don’t mind hype shoes but I personally prefer comfort more than hype shoes
NB has been dropping gems 1080v13 , SC elite v4,the SC trainers v4, warped runners and the new 1906 D versions as well as 2002 R packs which are 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I got a pair of new balance 1080 V13's after seeing your last video. I went to buy a pair of V12's and then tried on the V13's and was sold. Most comfortable shoe I've ever had
I tried the new balance shoes. My issue is this and I would strongly advise a lot of people to pay attention. The New balance are so soft that there is no stability in the shoe. Also, your foot gets exhausted because it's always wiggling around it's like your foot is constantly looking to balance yourself. The muscles in my foot were getting exhausted like standing on a big marshmallow, your foot muscles are working to balance yourself and balance your foot . Also what happens when the foam gets softer after usage they just lose their absorption. I went with the hoka Clifton 9. Great stability in the shoe and it's nice and plush. After a while they will get even more soft but not to the point where it's going to be mush.
I second this 👆🏼 I also bought the new balance v12s for the softness but after long periods of time it was so bad on my back because there’s no stability 😭 I went with the gel nimbus and it’s so much better it has the softness but also has stability
I have tried your top 3 and I think you are right but without a doubt for me the most comfortable is much higher even than that top, like VIP level, and it is without a doubt the Hoka Bondi 8. If you want to walk extremely comfortable and make the shoes do all the work giving you incredible comfort on every inch of your foot you should definitely try it.
The On Cloudsurfer shoes start to "squeak" after a bit of wear, this has been a huge issue w/that model. Heads up anyone attempting to buy based on this video.
Great list! I ran in the Cloudsurfer 7 and they started squeaking (like a toddler’s shoe) around the 75-mile mark. Had to “floss” the holes with thinly-cut sandpaper. That being said, they are the most comfortable walking shoes I’ve ever put on my feet. Just be wary of the squeaking and having to deal with it.
You should try a few Saucony's and any adidas with lightstrike pro without a carbon plate. While the adidas prime x strung is def a plated running onky shoe, the feel and energy return of that foam is light years beyond even zoom x and fuelcell.
Great vid! I was hoping you could help me decide though. Between the NB 1080v13 and Rebel v4 - which would you pick if you were going to put in 20-30,00 steps or head to an amusement park? Looking for the best walking experience with the least amount of foot fatigue.
Take the 1080. The Rebel V4 was made for running, even up to speedy runs. For normal walks, it can feel a bit unstable because of the curved shape out the outsole below, combined with the softness, might feel a bit wobbly. I have the rebel v4 and have tried the 1080 as well so I've had a decent feel of both.
Cloudsurfer feels comfortable, light, and initially felt incredible … but within a few weeks as it started to flatted in started to squeek and then a few weeks more, within 1-2 months, totally bottomed out. Too flat to run in and lost their initial pop. Unfortunately. But they look good. I keep them for walking … but that squeek asrrgghh
Keep in mind chaps that these are shoes made for running. The ASICS nimbus are hard to beat. It’s too bad their stack height and that of most running shoes is getting outta hand. The NB 1080 V13s were so unstable to run in I had to return them. Curious if anyone can share thoughts on running in the NB rebels? Nike and cloud need to start making wide toe box running shoes.
Did you try ON's Cloudtilt? I am curious with it being a proper "walking" shoe rather than a "running shoe" to see how comfort compares to the rest of ON's line.
The on cloud surfer mid sole is to hard compared to the new balance , Nike and others . I bought them and I didn't find the sole that soft and cushioned
Personally, I Yeezys are the most comfy pair of shoes I own. Foam runners are great, slightly overrated in terms of comfort, slides are a step above in terms of comfort but not really a "sneaker". Hands down, the Yeezy 350 V2 CMPCT is the most comfortable sneaker I own, and from my own and others' experiences, is the most comfortable Yeezy made to date. Say what you want about the aesthetic, but from a comfort standpoint alone, it is snug and comfy on the upper AND the lower, something that's not really seen nowadays imo.
literally the only regret I have about buying my slate onyx v2 cmpcts is that I got them at retail lmao. I'm new to yeezys and didn't know cmpcts didn't really get hype like that so I didn't know to wait. Rounded out my collection with bone 350v2's and utility black 500's and 750's. Yeezys are awesome for sure, the comfort is amazing on all the pairs and you get a really unique looking shoe with every pair.
This should just be called the “squishiest shoes” list, because super squishy shoes are NOT comfortable for me, and I don’t equate comfort with squish.
@@elizabethw.454 it depends on what you use a shoe for. If you’re standing still for many hours at a time, like a cashier or a security guard, a squishy shoe can be good. If you run marathons, a squishy shoe can be good. Squishy running shoes are designed for RUNNING, not daily walking. The impact of a running stride affects the foam midsole differently than a walking step. If you want a shoe for walking, then any ultra squishy shoe like these aren’t great for that, and a shoe firmer than most of these is better. A shoe with a neutral heel-toe drop with good lateral stability is a good choice. Many “trainer” type shoes fit this description. Historically, ASICS Noosas, especially versions 13-15 are some of the best shoes I have ever found for walking (even though those are designed for running, they have stiffer foam). The New Balance 990v6 is a very well balanced shoe as well between cushion and stability. In terms of pure comfort, a company like New Balances that offers multiple different widths of their most popular models, which allows you to get the perfect fit is a good route to go. Tongue, upper construction, breathability, heel drop, and the heel counter all play into to what makes a shoe comfortable, not just whether or not the midsole is super stacked and squishy. I’d say that the Nike Vomero 5 as he mentions does have a lot of positive things going for it, depending on what you use a shoe for.
You obviously haven't tried the new Alphafly 3. I know It's a carbon plate running shoes, but the comfort it delivers to your foot is unmatched with any of these sneakers you listed.
I used to look for shoes with softer cushion. I thought softer and squishier would equal comfort. And boy was I wrong. The softer it goes the more unstable and uncomfortable the shoe turns on the long run. The shoe that has worked the best for till today is the Adidas Ultraboost. They are an old technology and look wise they now seem dated. But they are hands down the best shoes for me.
🤷🏾♂️ Idk felt like the Nike Invincible 3 was considerably more comfortable than the On Cloudsurfer. The Invincible's more expensive but the zoomx is amazingly plush with good energy return.
