- Yes its your fault. You need to try Rain within 7 days and if it does not work out, you cancel your service. Also try to position your modem on a window (all rooms) in the house and see what is your best speed.

I'm so happy with how you broke own this video about the router. I am content now cause I was so demotivated and regreting ordering my router from rain due to the complaints people are saying. Yet they are the ones who didn't check thier coverage 🤔 hurts but it's true ppl are chances and very ignorant
No Sis Daphne some of us are within rain 5G coverage. in my case the first six months of purchase I would get very good speeds but after that I would get below 1 Mbps mind you the router was on the same spot, Rain is just an unreliable service provider. not everyone who complains about rain didnt check their coverage most used to have great signal.
You have to place the router next to a window and it has to face towards the window so that it can connect to the signal. Mine works well when I do that.
Thanks. Trust me when I say this.... we did everything 😂 even got the outside Router Antenna combo. Rain 5G in PMB has bad upload speed. Even the Rain technician admitted it. Keep well

Hey man. With rain if I am unsatisfied with the service , I can just stop it right? So I will pay for that month and then cancel? Because I would like to try the basic 5g plan as the price is very similar to the 4g plan

@@wendallarrow5569 other service rains towers are utter crap u have at least 3 hours a day where the wifi does not work and i mean physically does not work or wellkinda but like 5 times slower than normal
That is a great video about 5G. Is that support CA (Carrier Aggregation)? Which means it can catches more than one band.
I also have a suggest for you to receive signal better than before. You can custom a external antenna booster and pointing to near a provider tower in that area..

Are you still using Rain 5G Premiu? I am considering giving it a try. I am on Stnadard at the moment,
but streaming (3devices) during peak times is not good . Otherwise no complaints.
Rain is no longer my ISP. Upload speed in Pietermaritzburg CBD is very bad. However you need to give it a try, you can always downgrade.

Which area ? 🤔 I have been shopping around and I have not seen a deal from MTN without a FUP and speeds over +200Mbps. On the other hand where I stay I get over +200Mbps with no FUP and paying R1000 (Rain) ,the only problem is the upload speed. 😓
