There is no internet service that is great in South Africa even people with fibre are complaining. To all the unhappy customers which internet provider is the best.

Rain should be exposed for who they are.As a pensioner i cancelled my contract in july and again in august 2022 but they still debited my autistic son's account with 4 months subscription on the same day in november 2022.I've been trying relentlessly to get answers to no avail.Supervisors simply don't bother to return your calls.You as a customer are simply not allowed to speak directly to their accounts dept.or somebody in authority.Please be aware of their business ethics
Well done on your video my guy. The problem with Rain 5G is the upload speed. I phoned them and they told me that they only priorites the down link and not the uplink. The thing that will make me cancel is that they are capable to make the uplink faster but they will not....😑 Will do a video about it next week.
@@keto4life197 Some of us don't have the privilege of Fiber and or DSL. Rain 5G in some cities is very good it's up to 60Mbps. Will do a video about it next week. ( I have all the scoop from Rain)

No, they are here to suck money out of our pockets not to listen to what you say.I stopped rain for one month and following month I found that I owe them double, and I asked how is that, since I didn't use the services, and they said they will send an email, it's been two month.
Rain Router is a headache brother. I went for five days without connection but all 6 bars were showing. According to me they're incompetent or they employed the wrong people
I never had a problems with Rain...my 5G router is fast even in a township, their uncapped cost is quite affordable compared to many other service providers..and i love the fact that you can terminate it anytime without incurring termination costs etc in comparison to other service providers as well...Maybe they gave me something different😂

Rain doesn’t work…most of the time it shows red instead of green, has a Wi-Fi range of like 1 room and I live in a area that doesn’t have load shedding
The Huawei AI life app has the optimise option that shows you the signal strength Is it not connecting at all or does it at least show the network bars?
Was paying R999 for unlimited 5G, it worked at first but lately its as crappy as chicken feed and everyday around 18h00 onwards its displaying blue light and doesn't do anything and during this time no internet access. its the worst ISP over promising and under delivering. I have moved to Vuma fibre and never looked back those who like Rain can keep it, I don't have a bin for rubbish...
I joined rain and was paying R265 a month, now I have 5 months without using, and my debt keep increasing even though they stopped my services. So do not fall for pay as you go rubbish.

Bro I have a problem My router can work fine for like 12 hours straight then all of a sudden it cuts off the network I live not far from the network tower .. it’s so unreliable
Yo man just canceled my rain account last year n waiting for them to fetch they shit. When I check my rain account online I'm still being billed for the 25th. They can't just keep billing me now that I'm canceled n already received an email confirming that? Swear ima sue them if they try 🤞🏽

Most 5G connections are limited regards uplink if you don't like buy a fiber connection instead.

I've tried AI Life, but I can't connect to the router. There's also no qr code.

The range is average with other routers. There is no battery so you’ll need a UPS or powerbank to keep it on
5g standard is indeed terrible for the price. Premium is a while new ball game and is way better than any other service provider has to offer

If they charge you on the 25th then it means they’re only fetching it in Feb.
If they fetch it this month then you won’t get billed for February
