    I get up at 5.30am 4 times a week to be at the gym at 6.30am to train. The night before I go to bed at 10.30pm after my 16 hours intermittent fast.
    Since I have this routine I feel much stronger, lighter and faster.
    Then 1 evening per week I have my guilty pleasure food dinner to gratify me.
    The body gets used to everything. You just need to want it 💯💘

    My why: To work on my doctorate dissertation so I can graduate on time. Also, this gives me time after work to do activities that I find enjoyable.

    I hear people say drink soup to lose weight but then people say don't drink water while you eat? It sounds contradictory but I'm with you in the soup camp.

    For me its:
    1) Set an alarm for 5am.
    2) Jump up the second the alarm goes off.
    3) get dressed

      10.30-7 works for me. I can't do anything at 5... I like to get to with the sun ❤
