Since I have this routine I feel much stronger, lighter and faster. Then 1 evening per week I have my guilty pleasure food dinner to gratify me. The body gets used to everything. You just need to want it 💯💘

My why: To work on my doctorate dissertation so I can graduate on time. Also, this gives me time after work to do activities that I find enjoyable.

For me to make this happened I would have to cut the amount of time I spend with friends down by over half

Work starts at 4:45.
For me its:
1) Set an alarm for 5am.
2) Jump up the second the alarm goes off.
3) get dressed
10.30-7 works for me. I can't do anything at 5... I like to get to with the sun ❤
