@@AudioTechnicaUSA I left a message with customer support. I left my name, phone number, and issue. There has been zero follow-up.
I just bought this model tonight and everything sounds so low on every speaker I use. What am I doing wrong? I even tried hooking it up to a portable speaker with an AUX cable but the sound was barely audible. Do I need to buy a phono amp of sorts?
Hi there! You will want to make sure the switch on the back of the turntable is set to LINE. If it is, and the volume is still low, then the stylus may have come unseated from the tonearm. To correct this, remove and reattach the stylus to the tonearm. Thanks! - A-T USA
I have to change the needle for my AT-LP60X but I can't find any needle made for this model. What needle fits this model perfectly?
Hi Thessar! The ATN3600L replacement stylus fits the AT-LP60X. Thanks! - A-T USA
What do I do I accidentally took off the red ribbon without securing the ribbon 😢
Hi Patricio! The red ribbon is provided as an aid to pull the drive belt over the motor pulley after the platter has been installed on the center spindle. If the ribbon has been removed, grab the belt with your fingers instead, then stretch it over the pulley. The belt will be located at the inside edge of the large, rectangular shaped opening in the platter. Thanks! - A-T USA
Why would my turntable suddenly be playing faster than it should? On 33 it's just faster enough to notice the pitch of the singers voices are higher. I have the belt on right. Is there any way I can find tune the pitch? It's a basic audio-technica I've had for about 8 years.

This is the same model i purchased, AT- LP60X. Since im living in Asia specifically in the Philippines where the voltage we used is 220v. Can i used the Turntable adapter directly to a power source or do i still have to used voltage transformer? I just want to make sure before i used it. Thank's in advance for the answer Audio Technica.
Hi there! The AT-LP60x model’s power supply requirements are 100-240v 50/60 Hz and depending on where the product is purchased, the proper power supply is included. Living in the Philippians, it is recommended to purchase from your local Audio-Technica distribution channels. You may contact your local offices here: sea.audio-technica.com/ Thanks! - A-T USA

People keep telling me I need to purchase a turntable with Anti-Skate, but I purchased this model. Does this have any form of auto anti-skating?
Hi Braydon! The LP60x models do have a preconfigured tracking force and anti-skate. As the cartridge on these models is not user changeable, these adjustments are preset and not needed to be user adjustable. Thanks! - A-T USA
Hey! So I got this automatic turntable, and bought some Bluetooth speakers to go with it. The turntable came with the two red and white cords and I connected them to the left and right speaker. But when I play a record, I can only hear a faint sound coming from the player. I don’t know if I have made a mistake or if it is the speakers. Please help!

Does it have the 4 slots to plug in my speakers whire?
Hi there! The AT-LP60X comes with a male 3.5 mm TRS to dual male RCA cable to connect to powered speakers or a receiver. The AT-LP60X does not have a built in power amplifier. - A-T USA

can i use this turntable with a 10inch vinyl?
Hi there, the AT-LP60X is able to play 7inch or 12inch vinyls, but not 10inch. Thanks! A-T USA
Can u use a bt transmiter??
Can you use headphones with it?
Hi Mike! The AT-LP60X does not pair with headphones. Thanks! - A-T USA
If the turntable is hooked up to a receiver that has a headphone jack yes you can!
I was able pair with Bluetooth headphones. And they sounds really good. I have it paired with klipsh powered speakers and the sound quality is as good as with project debut carbon.
I actually managed to use headphones with it, plugging into the output thing at the back and putting the switch on "line"
Does this need a receiver?
Hi Amanda! You can plug the AT-LP60X into your desired playback device (commonly a stereo receiver or powered speakers). Thanks! - A-T USA

Hello, I’m new to this and I have a question. Are LP60x and Edifier R1700BT Speakers compatible by themselves? Are they going to work on their own or do they need an amplifier or a pre amp?

Hi John, no you do not! - A-T USA
Has anyone played 180-gram records on this? If so, did they skip a lot?
@@MarxistLeninist_1917 thank you for the reply! I hope to get one of these this Christmas!
does the tonearm have a counterweight? I can't tell. thanks!
Hi Caroline! As the AT-LP60x models have fixed cartridge that is not user interchangeable, the tracking force is fixed and set which is why there is no user adjustable counterweight. Thanks! - A-T USA
