This was by far one of my most enjoyable Cheat meal / food challenges! Hope you guys enjoy!
Brioche Recipe:
Cut brioche in quarters and dip in mix of 3 eggs, 100ml milk, cinnamon.
Fry in butter until brown. Then oven bake at 200c for 10 mins or until cooked.
PB Whip: 70g PB, 70g Butter, 20g Icing Sugar. Enjoy being a fat koont.

Without a doubt, my favorite youtuber. I had been craving a burger for a week or two, so I was so jealous. Actually surprised your didn't get one of ur beautiful eye lashes stuck in the burger. And, before I forget, that french toast looked amazing. I loved how thick the slices were. I'm massively with you on cheat meal vs cheat day.
Cheat day always makes me feel like shit. If I have one cheat meal (like going to a restaurant or something), I always feel fine because overall it isn't much of a surplus.
Plus, I always feel like 2 cheat meals a week on different days, at least for me, would be an overall less surplus in a week over adding a cheat day.
