@@zeepee4 Just a side note regarding the cost of this diet, depending on where you live, you could buy a quarter of a cow for like $800 and get roughly 33kgs of beef. Works out to be $25 per KG at that price. Pretty achievable for most people I think.
I live mainly of mince, eggs, pork belly, lamb and cheese with some butter I've been going for 5 months with no real problems until I tried adding in milk. Super cheap if I ate just pork belly I could live for $6 a day.

I usually hate watching people who do a Carnivore challenge but I really think you guys did it justice and this was a great video! I started out using it as an elimination diet and switched to a carnivorish lifestyle because I found I don't tolerate vegetables and grains well. I find liver tastes the best when you slice it up super thin like french fries and fry it. I do a good cheat meal once a week so I don't completely lose the enzymes to digest other foods. It keeps the diet from feeling too restrictive also. I really enjoyed this video and can't wait to check out other videos on the channel!

It's definitely able to be done. I've been carnivore for 5 months and you can do it really cheaply.

@@jolonsutherland5265 I live in New Zealand so I can't help with that sorry, in NZ all our beef and lamb is grass fed and are outside graising. I mainly eat mince (ground beef) as a base for all my meals so its cheap.
