      Do you have tips to help with posture through out the day? I always have a hard time remembering that and remembering to keep my core tight working out.

    Some ppl may only want the new daily workouts but I personally love having these old ones mixed in because I know how much stronger I am the second time around. Consistency surely pays off!!

    Sydney! I just wanted to let you know that you are a huge help in my eating disorder recovery journey. Your workouts along with your soothing words always start my day so perfectly and help me do better with food and create a better relationship with myself and food.. I just stared my own coffee cart business and was stressing out about trying to start too early and not having my morning workout that always makes my day so much better. Then I decided that I have to take care of myself and that is more important because otherwise I won't have the positive energy I want to spread to others. Your words are the perfect daily reminder. If you ever take a vacation to Key West, I would love to make you a coffee at my cart and give you a hug! 🤍 It would be the dream comes true to be able to give you the positive energy back. You deserve all the love, thank you again!

      For the scale to move make sure you are on calorie deficit diet. And having enough protein

      My scale also stopped moving. I'm just focusing on nutrition and work out. Pandemic restrictions are a big obstacle....

      My scale hasn't moved much either a few pounds lost a few pounds gained. Same three pounds, but I feel stronger and I feel my cloths fit better. That's more important to me than a number on a scale. Keep going!!

      Focus on how you FEEL instead of a number on the scale. That is so much more important. I use to weight myself every day ...I let it go. How you feel is so much more important!

    I was so hoping for upper body today. Don't know about y'all but my legs need a rest from yesterday's workout. I am definitely taking care of fueling my body properly inorder to keep up with Sydney's workouts. I am seeing amazing results. I have also being drinking more water. Let's go team. We can do it!

    It’s amazing how much Sydney helps us grow in more ways than just physical strength. Yesterday I slept through my alarm and woke up late. I knew I wouldn’t have time to do the entire 50 minute workout so I could’ve easily have used that as an excuse to skip it. Instead I got up and ready and crushed as much of the work out as I could (3 circuits). Instead of skipping out on the second half I set my alarm earlier today and crashed the rest of yesterday‘s workout as well as today’s! It’s so easy to make excuses and ways to make things easier but pushing ourselves to grow is an amazing accomplishment. Every day might not go as planned, but keep crushing it one day at a time!

    Flip and dip burner at the end was a killer. But I loved it. At first when I saw jump rope in the title I was like WHY?😣 but I ended up doing really well. My foot work is getting so much better thanks to Sydney and the moves she shows us and incorporating into the workouts. Happy Thursday everyone I hope you crushed it .

    Crushed it!! A little later than I normally do. I had a birthday party and a cake to make for tomorrow. I can't tell you how much I look forward to Sydney's workouts! It was on the back of my mind all day with everything else going on....'gotta get my workout with Sydney done'. Its done, love working on my arms. Thats one are I would like to concentrate on.

    I had to take it easy with the jump rope today because my knee is flaring up from a car ride and yesterday’s leg workout, but I made it work! 💪🏾💪🏾✨
    I use the modification window very often with no shame because I would rather modify than injure myself. I have been injured with a broken ankle and a sprained ankle so when I modify I feel like I am doing right by my body and my abilities with the knowledge that I get stronger regardless of how I do the move.
    Honestly, the modification window and the “make it your own” vibe of this channel is why I’ve been able to commit to my health and if you have to use it, it doesn’t make you weaker! It makes you stronger because YOUR STILL DOING IT BOO!

    Thanks Sydney ! I really pushed myself with yesterday’s and today’s workout. I challenged myself to up my weight and to my surprise, I was able to get through both workouts at my highest weight.     i was off for about 2 months because A. finals and exams from college, and then my best friend ended up dating my crush (who is my good friend after i said i liked him lmao)... emotional rollercoaster and so much depression lmao but A. laughter and time heal everything and B. thank you sydney for being here for my comeback im ready to try to get my health back up. you help sm mentally and physically thank you for being there for me.

    Loved ❤ it. I was so excited and feel ready for Arise 2. I’m feeling stronger and my motivation is returning. I see. My spark return. Arise program is what I needed after. Few months off sick. I was dreading coming back but it’s like Sydney knew what I needed thank you Sydney x
