Been stretching to your videos every day for about 3 weeks now and I'm feeling so much better. Less tension, better sleep, less soreness after work. I forgot to bring my stretch mat while house-sitting for a friend, but this seated stretch was perfect to do on a firm mattress.

I am a novice runner but on the days that say “cardio” or “HITT” on her calendar are the days I try to go running instead. I then do all her other more strength based workouts other days. During the winter I do Sydney’s cardio though cause I live in Minnesota and it’s too cold to run outside

I like how relaxing this stretch it. A lot of stretches work up a sweat, making them not really suitable for off days when you wear normal clothes. This is great, thank you.

Drive Day 7 stretch. This was such a great stretch. I’ve been doing the stretches in my bedroom right before bed and it definitely promotes relaxation!

I'm been doing one of Sydney's stretches for the past 2 months, every morning when I wake up. Helps to get my body moving and ready for the day. Hubby said that my mood is also better the rest of the day - I had a mood? 😁😁
I will be coming back again two more time Tuesday and Wednesday every time I finish these stretches I feel like a new person loving it I cannot do a workout without stretching right after Thank You again Sydney .
