- Hey Team, In today's 30-Min Jump Rope Fat Burning Workout, we are going to be utilizing a set of dumbbells and my Crossrope to do a full-body fat-burning workout. I love doing HIIT workouts they are fast and effective at targeting my full body. Using a jump rope helps me keep my heart rate high throughout the duration. This high-intensity metabolic work when combined with the right nutritional plan will help you burn that unwanted belly fat.

Utilizing a 1/1 work-to-rest ratio. That means we will be doing 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds of rest.
The weight should be challenging to keep the intensity high.
If you want to increase the challenge of the jump rope section you can try using a weighted rope. Crossrope has various options that you could try.

We are doing 8 different weighted exercises. You will do 2 sets of each exercise and then 1 set of boxer step. For unilateral exercises, you will do 2 sets of 1 side followed by a set of boxer step then do sets of the other side again followed by a set of boxer step.
