At first I was thinking it is the colours and patterns of Jupiter and agates. Next I wondered just how much the operator was going to load into the machine as the the intriguing ASMR caught my attention. Lastly I noticed the operator could be a hand model. I would love to see the next steps in production of molds and other products made from the silicone.
The machine could treat with mostly70-80KG a time. But for the operator ,it will easy to break his waist,so normally we prefer him to treat 60KG a time. For the next step, pls see another video.
LoL, you're right, he does have beautiful, flawless hands. I wouldn't have noticed had you not pointed that out, because I'm always so mesmerized by the mixing colors and all the satisfying squish that's going on.
I've noticed that for most of these silicone mixing videos that the goal is to make one solid color. Sometimes I think that the mostly or almost fully mixed ones are pretty nice looking. Would leaving the silicone marbled like that be bad for the product it'll be used for.?
Marvelled effect is fine to use, as long as you put the curing agent in before adding the colours, but also depending on how it's turned into the final product, if its Extrusion your screw will likely turn it to a solid colour once its out, if its moulding you'll be fine, I work in UK as a miller and love colour matching
No it can not. Its even worse than a lot Polymers. There are only some option to downcycle it to grease and oils. But as its mostly not colleced for recycling it end up in landfills and is burned...
Here you can read about silicone recycling. Technically you can convert used silicone to silicone oil or use granulated silicone as filling component when casting new one. But you cant convert it to "new raw silicone" . This is called downcycling.
It's like epoxy. As long as the curing agent hasn't been added, (and shelf life is still ok) you could reuse a bad color blend, but once it cures, that's it. That's what makes silicone so useful, but you're pretty much limited to incineration, or grinding it up to use as a filler.
It is a amazing video. It shows the production of silicone products. Silicone mixing machine, silicone cutting machine, silicone vulcanizing machine. So great. We are a machine manufacturing factory, if you want to know more about the machines, welcome to follow me.
I was thinking orange from the red and yellow then saw the black if i can use that name still and was thinking a brown hue was thinking a little more on the mahogany side of the colour though. I guess there wasn't enough dark shade in there though
I thought it was going to be a very dark sh*t brown at first because I didn't know all that white was going to be added and you can call it coffee if you want to but my coffee is a bit darker it's more of a milk chocolate to me
Me thinking back to 4th grade: brown, we're going for brown.

You make me hungry for coffee.
Makes me have to go to a coffee shop
I like coffee too.
thirsty?
That's super cool as it's just almost mixed ALL the way it looks like chocolate 🍫🍫 and wood 🪵🪵🪵.👍👍✌️✌️❤️❤️🙏🙏
I did not think it would be as dark a tint as it was, considering how much white silicone was added.
I can watch this all day long, you have the most amazing hands 😊

@@MantisMan420 interesting!
@@SimpleLifeAlways81 how come
I would love to see the next step in using these big globs. What happens next, how is it used, final product, etc…
@Beanbag109 it gets sheeted then brought over to the Extrusion machines, then we Extruse through a die the profile you want
I think copper.
OooOooh, coffee is nice!
Somewhat specific question: can old/used silicone be recycled into new silicone?
No it can not. Its even worse than a lot Polymers. There are only some option to downcycle it to grease and oils. But as its mostly not colleced for recycling it end up in landfills and is burned...
@@jennyludwig7598 So they cant even mix all the waste silicone to make a black silicone?

Yes,it is.So some time,we use small quantity of material to try the colors.
Eu amo esse tipo de vídeo. ❤
Parabéns
The forbidden tootsie roll
How heavy is a roll that size?
The heaviest roll of materials will be around 70-80KG for one time.
Mesmerising
It seems the texture changes as well as color. Is this the case?
I guessed a dark tan or beige, so I was close!
Könntest du noch längere Videos drehen das wäre wirklich sehr nett 😊
We had some longer video in this channel, such as the red ones.Hope you like it.
I thought dark orange at first , then I thought blue (only god knows why blue) . Edit: my first gut feeling was closest to reality.
what is this material used for?
How heavy is the final roll its huge
What do they make with this stuff?
Damn, i so want that job
👑 thank you
i saw an almost day-glow raspberry this morning what happens if you put micro glass beads and LIT pigment in the mix.
A very small pigment could change the whole thing!
my favorite color !
What is this stuff used for?
Which paste use for colour
Plz give me name of the paste
Ah que ótimo ver esses vídeos
What would this be used for?
I will send the products in another video soon.

Yes,it final mix to brown!

It’s more of yellow ochre and brick red mixed with black but I did expect brown…

Cool
Scarlet Red!
Wicked when it was first mixing. Looked like Jupiter.

That's what I wanna know....
A brown case.
brown!!!
Yes,we could call it this color.
What type of silicone grade u r using?
It is a grade of normal using for solid ones.
Forbidden chocolate 🍫
I was thinking orange from the red and yellow then saw the black if i can use that name still and was thinking a brown hue was thinking a little more on the mahogany side of the colour though. I guess there wasn't enough dark shade in there though
Yes,maybe. And we just follow the pantone color book according to customer requirement.
seems like a chocolate!
I think so !
What type of silicone is this?
It is the normal silicone.
@@zhangjenny2563 But why doesn't that silicone stick to hands and rollers?
It started to look like a giant caramel chew in the end. I would have liked to say a tootsie roll but it's too light in color.
This is very strictly following customer color requirement.
君は天然色💓
有機化学💗
うまくいくかしら💓
真中古藤四郎藤咲
That looks like a big tootsie roll
Yeah. "coffee" color.
What happens after its all mixed???????????????????????????????????????
We will mold it to different shape.
How do you treat air bubbles?
There is very seldom have air bubbles when the mixing time is long enough.
Why did the cameraman zoom all the way in?
Looks like chocolate 🥲
I like chocolate very much.
You should let me name these. I would call this Crusty Pumpkin.
Brown
I'm going to guess chocolate brown
👩🏻💻A caramel candy bar.
You're really loading that thing huh?
I thought it was going to be a very dark sh*t brown at first because I didn't know all that white was going to be added and you can call it coffee if you want to but my coffee is a bit darker it's more of a milk chocolate to me
Looks like caramel to me
I guessed terracotta.
it's strange how they captured the sound of water in my right ear.
Is more a Caramel color
Is it just me or does silicone look a lil bit _too_ edible? 🤔
I like this chocolate too!
That mill is overloaded. Needs to be extremely careful not to get fi gers caught with that much loading using this technique.
This is coffee colour 😂😂😂😂
I drink coffee with this color, not so dark.
Já pensou alguém sendo puxado por essa máquina? Escapa nem a alma
That is dangerous with other in this field. One person operate the machine ,could prevent with many dangerous situations.
is it possible to foam the silicone?
Yes.But we could not do that in our factory.
Caramel color. Coffee is black until you add stuff to it.
Well, yellow plus ochre couldn't be very far from brown...
Forbidden toffee.
Ngl i picked the colour of "German Flag"
Instead of coffee it looks more like chocolate
All that for brown.
I was thinking chocolate
Or a chocolate caramel
Dude. That’s the color of my hair, not coffee.
I'm guessing beige.
That is different from my thought. It is a little dark!
it is milk choc color
I guessed burnt sienna.
baik.
I.am.mixr.work.job
Yeah, brown. If you think that is coffee color, you are putting too much cream in your coffee. I take mine bla , which h is mu h darker!!!!
Mines more caramel
It looked better marbled
Anyone else go for poop brown?
