Looks like you are doing your mixing cleverer than most. Alternating between putting the roll in lengthwise and across is definitely quicker than rotating it every time.
This is the wisdom of the workers. I just recorded this moment with a camera, but you are the one who found out “why”. You are talented with a good discovery vision and thinking ability. 👍
@@evanyang000 Well, if they can do it in 10 passes where others need 20, they are going to be more productive and make more money. Work smarter, not harder.
@@feynthefallenmaybe they are already doing in the most efficient way. Otherwise, any machine factory who can double the production efficiency would get great business success.
@@ChrisModjeska why should I lie for that? I just want to share what I saw. And the factory is not mine..... Besides, TPE and Silicone are 2 different materials, silicone can bear 200- 300 degrees while TPE can only bear 130-150 degrees. You can test on your side.
That was very interesting Evan, thank you for sharing :)
thank you for letting me know!
I especially like the part where they listen to music to keep motivated haha. The power of music.
we’d do something to make ourselves happy ;)

How long should the mixing take?
Something interesting happens in the press, it seems. Is this cooking the silicone?
Yeah, takes about 10 minutes for heating
@@evanyang000 Does it take 10 minutes for the silicone to vulcanize?
@@TomChris exactly
@@evanyang000 Would you happen to know what temperature it reaches within the 10 minute press time?
Do you sell silicone profile or silicone diffuser of split neon ? Or even sell whole machine line to make it ?
@@decorlifeMLED I just record how the silicon products are made. Silicon products are part of the products I order from the factories.
How do you mix the release agent?
Do you know the brand of the press machines that were used there?
Do you want to buy the machines for production?
What is the silicone type and grade?
The ones in video are food grade silicone. The factories can adjust according to projects.
@@evanyang000Well, you would not want to use the same rollers and handling equipment for food-grade and non-food-grade products.
Thermoplastic silicone are not very common, and don't have many applications AFAIK. Is this not some kind of plastic like TPE?
Actually, silicone bottles, silicone spoons, silicone adult toys, silicone lick mats for pets, etc etc etc are produced in this way.
@@evanyang000 That is not true. I don't know if there is a language issue, but you're misinformed. Either that or you are lying for engagement.
