I appreciate this channel. Some of the silcon videos feel they're mixing colors for the sake of a video, but these guys feel like they're filming an actual manufacturing process. Which is also probably why they usually end with prettier colors

I always fear that the man will reach too far and get both hands caught in the machine and then there will forever be an asian man traped inside a beautiful roll of silicone. Junji Ito could write a manga about that.

If it makes you feel a little better when he has just one hand on it and the other off to the side he looks to be hovering his hand right beside an emergency stop button, that if pressed would instantly stop the machine

This is very interesting. Not at all how I thought silicone products were made. I always wondered how color was so consistant in a product line.

Not all silicone is made like this. This is an HCR, High consistency silicone rubber. There are other types like LSRs, liquid silicone rubbers, and dispersions which range from paste to water thin before curing. There are ones that cure over days and some that cure over a minute. Ones that are used as adhesive, soft gel fillings and others that foam up. Source: I do QA for a silicone manufacturer.

No,it should be in normal temperature .No higher than 50 centigrade. If it is higher, the roller will be sticked by the silicone. Then it is very hard to make the certain flakes.
