What is even more heartbreaking to me is the fact that Christa McAuliffe’s young daughter begged her mother not to go on the space shuttle flight. Then she had to witness the tragedy firsthand. I’m sure that will be with her for the rest of her life.
Spoken like a true narcissist- always trying to find a way to paint themselves as the victim whilst refusing to take any accountability for their actions. I’m surprised he didn’t try to use it as an excuse to reduce his sentence.
That reminds me of the joke about the definition of chutzpah. It says that the definition of chutzpah is a man murdering his parents for their money, then pleading the court for mercy on the grounds that he’s an orphan.
it’s sad to know that the engineers who tried to prevent the challenger disaster blame themselves despite there being nothing more they could have done
Only thing I could think of is be blunt: “You want to know what will happen? A space shuttle of heroes is going to explode live on TV for all their families and all those school children we set up the satellite link for. Maybe it explodes before it even clears the ground and showers hit gas and fuel on innocent bystanders. Oh, and NASA won’t just look stupid, it’ll look incompetent!!!!” For all I know, they drew such a picture for their leadership. Fucking vile to ignore that.
@@esteemedmortal5917 even if they were being overly dramatic i dont think nasa would have cared. The launch was already behind schedule and over budget. Life isnt a movie... it'd be great if someone made some sort of over the top speech to get them to not do the launch.... but they would have just been ignored.
@@nickyblue4866 they should have just explained how shuttles work. And why it was delayed is only the weather. Just because the public aren't knowledgeable doesn't mean you be reckless.
WHat's worse is they tried so so damn hard to prevent it. Watch the documentary Challenger: The Final Flight, the engeneers were telling the higher ups for YEARS this was possible/likely/inevitible. ANd then they had to pull off some seriously underhanded sh-t to get the truth out of who was at fault. That documentary made me so so mad because of the blatant disregard for safety.
The first video reminded me of the Russian astronaut Vladimir Comasov and how, in 1967, this happened in eerily familiar story. They found over 200 things wrong with the spacecraft back then. But they were under so much pressure from the government that Comosov went anyway. The only thing he asked for was he wanted an open casket at his inevitable funeral. What people saw looked like a black twisted, mangled blob that was all that was left of the astronaut. He wanted the public to see what the government wanted to hide. I thought that was a brilliant way to make sure the truth was shown and put pressure on Russian government.
He is Yuri Gagarin’s best friend. I heard it on Mr.Ballen’s video that it was Yuri who supposed to go on that spacecraft but Vladimir knew the risk so he decided to go instead because he cared for Yuri, he think Yuri had so much more to live for.
@@anastasiaphan4202 Comosov willingly sacrificed himself to allow Gagarin to pave the road for the future of space travel. He should never be forgotten.
I saw a photo of Vladimir Comasov as a lump of charred flesh while the Soviet officials stood close by looking at it. There is no arm, head, legs, or body. Just a charred lump of flesh from. It's eerie thinking that this was once a human being.

I`m Russian and I remember what publicity had the case of "Khabarovsk`s flayers" got. When i read that news my heart broke and i cryed so much. In comments for the news there was a guy, who was their friend. His name is Artyom, he was protecting the flayers. Durind her time in prison one of the criminals got married with a guy named Artyom (I think it`s the same guy) and later, when she came out from prison she and Artyom got A CAT and even posted photos with it. I was in Elementary school, when the Challenger incident happened. They brought TV's into every class, because they were so happy a teacher was going into Space. I had always been interested in rockets, and had watched a lot of launch footage. So, I recognized what had happened immediately. I yelled out "It just blew up". My teacher went off on me, thinking I was making a bad joke. She was screaming at me, and told me to get out, because I kept insisting that I wasn't joking. I got to the door, and started to open it. As I did the silence on the TV broke, and the started saying something had gone wrong. Then it went silent, and so did the classroom. Everyone focused on the TV,. No one moved a muscle, or made any sound til they made that heart wrenching announcement. Then everyone started crying. I was the only one who wasn't, because I had been so angry, at my teachers reaction to my statement. I wanted to say something to her, but I knew that would be wrong. So, I quietly closed the door, and made my way back to my desk, then sat in silence. Later my teacher did apologize.
I had to pause the video to focus on your story. That teacher must have made such an impact on you for what she did. I’m sorry that you were angry, it feels like she took away the opportunity of having the right emotion for the moment.
@@deepapatricia yes, but looking back I understand why she got upset. She thought I was making a horrible joke, and didn't realize I was being sincere. I'm one of those kids that watched the Challenger tragedy. That portion about it playing in school and students' reactions is absolutely accurate. My entire elementary, as I suspect the other schools did as well, were all grouped in different classrooms to watch it live.
I was a senior in high school, watching in my government class, for extra credit. I had always had a fear of flying, so watching this made me super anxious, and then this tragedy cemented my fear for decades. Thankfully, I didn’t let that stop me traveling the world. However, the flights are always traumatic for me. RIP Challenger Crew x
that first story i already knew but you somehow brought more details that i didn’t know about. their deaths were more horrifying than i thought. AMAZING video❤️
I was literally there to meet the crew and have that photo with their autographs. This was the first time I experienced public tragedy and communal helplessness. I was in elementary school. I remember how lovely The elected schoolteacher was and I masked her if she was scared and she said “yes, I’m going to be brave”
I hope the children who lost parents in the challenger grew up well :,( I can’t imagine how traumatic that would have been. I came close to not having a mother, she almost died and had to have brain surgery. I was traumatized knowing she was fragile and likely not to live to see me turn 18. Now I’m 27 in a couple weeks and she’s still here. But I’ve already mourned her. Coming so close to losing her affected me greatly, and I always knew it would have only been worse had I actually lost her.
I remember watching the Challenger disaster in school. I was young and didn't quite understand what happened until my teacher started openly sobbing. Next thing I knew, we were led outside and sent home early.
I was a sophomore in high school and was watching in chemistry class. I joked with my best friend saying "Pigs in Spaaaace! BOOM!" I just happened to say "BOOM!" just as the shuttle exploded. All heads swiveled to look at me. (Still feel awful about it.) Flash forward 20 years, my boyfriend (at the time) and I saw something about shuttle tragedy. I told him my story, he looked shocked and asked if I was joking. When I said no, he said he had watched the launch with his mom and told his mom it'd be a bummer if it exploded moments before it did.
I was in kindergarten. We gathered with the 2 other kindergarten classes at my school to watch it in our cafeteria. Our school had limited resources so most classes doubled or tripled up to be able to watch it- i remember a couple of teachers lugged their own tvs to school that day so we could all see it. It's probably the most widely live viewed disaster by schoolchildren since basically every kid in school that day, at least in the US, was watching. Literally millions of kids between 5 and 18 saw this horrific tragedy live and teachers had no idea how to respond.
I’m curious to know how’d that event has affected yall, if at all. Do you think about it often? Do you think it gave you a clear awareness of death, has it ever affected your decisions?
These monsters, so called 'girls', deserved more than 3-4 years behind bars. I bet that in any other country they would have been imprisoned for a longer time... Justice in our country really questionable sometimes, especially in cases of animal abuse

God hearing about those adorable dogs and cats being abused by those girls is extremely heart-wrenching. Why would someone do that to those sweet babies. Rip to those dogs and cats who were killed by those monsters.
I remember watching this live while in school. It was a big day. The principal made the announcement, the class stopped and they turned on the TV's. I felt so bad for our teacher. The moment it happened, the color drained from her face and she turned to look at us with this horrified look on her face. She lunged forward to turn it off and then stopped dead in her tracks. Other teachers had walked into the halls looking for someone to give them a que as to what to do next. They glanced at the loud speakers as if hoping the principal would make an announcement. One by one the walked back into the room and sat down, defeated and stared at the screen as the announcers described what had just happened. No one said a word.
I watched the challenger in person outside with my school. We saw the whole thing happen and at a young age it was hard to understand what exactly was happening but we all knew it wasn’t good. That day has stuck with me, the feelings it brought in those moments come flooding back watching this video. It was a terrifying day and extremely sad. I can still feel the vibration that came through the earth as the shuttle took off. To say that most people were at work and only saw replays may apply to the world as a whole but the majority of Floridians towards the east coast all came outside to watch in person.
We were about 50 miles away & our school let us go outside. As soon as it separated, I said, "That wasnt supposed to happen". A few seconds later, the teachers brought us inside
@@flamethrowerflufsalisbury yes, I was at a school in Sanford when we were taken outside to watch also. Unfortunately they didn’t bring us back in right after. I interviewed my mother about it, and she told me how when she was six years old she sat in her first grade classroom, watching in awe with the rest of her classmates as the astronauts boarded. Everyone was talking excitedly and they cheered when the shuttle launched. When it went down in flames and the broadcast cut off suddenly, everyone just froze. when one of the kids asked the teacher what happened, she just looked at them for a minute and told them they were having an early recess that day. My dad told me it was the same for him. The school sent everyone home early so the parents could explain everything, but of course they were to young to fully understand.
I saw the disaster in class when I was in elementary school. I still remember Mrs. Mallory crying her eyes out with other teachers. The Lawyer that was with my mom for about 10 years back then and raised me was from Boston and was friends with Christa Mcauliffe's brother and knew her also. Heartbreaking moment in history.
I had a colicky baby whom rarely slept long spans of time so some nights were spent in front of tv, basically a distraction. Another long sleepless night, I was up early and started laundry. I heard the newscasters’ tone change as I walked to living room and saw what they were describing, this was not a typical shuttle launch. It’s been nearly 37 years & is still etched in my mind. The shuttle launches were typically shown on tv but as the novelty wore off, the only time the shuttle got attention was during tragedy. RIP 🕊
In my days in highschool, one year I had an algebra class with one of Christa McAuliffe's students as our math teacher. She told us the story of the Challenger disaster to explain the picture she had framed of the late Christa McAuliffe. My dad was in school when the challenger "exploded" (he was about 7 or 8 I believe, if my math is correct) and he watched it as it happened. He tells me and my brother about it every do often, the memory still horrifying to him. He's said that he actually had a feeling that something was wrong and muttered to a friend minutes before the accident "something doesn't seem right..." I asked him about it while watching this video and he still seems so upset by the whole event. A true tragedy, really.

I was barely a year old when the Challenger disaster happened. My dad WAS actually watching it live (until it cut away). For the first few years of my life, my mom was the breadwinner and my dad stayed home and took care of me. I'm not sure which channel he was watching it on, but he said they didn't stop filming for at least 30 seconds after it happened.
One mistake that most people make when trying to understand why someone kills is that they try to apply their own level of clarity and cognizance to the thought process. It will never make sense in a way others can understand unless they've lived with any sort of mental or emotional damage or illness. It's just crazy to me that anyone would think this person is mentally sound. I know the legal parameters for mental illness is basically limited to whether a person knew what they did was wrong, but in reality most people who live with emotional issues or mental illness do know right from wrong but it's the reasoning part of the brain that will determine if it's enough to deter.
They mostly kill other for petty reasons, the people tend not to be mental, but just greedy and kill for life insurance, inheritance, revenge, “love” . In this case he was just greedy and wanted money, and his family was “in the way “of having the good life
@@whitedragoness23 I understand those surface reasons but the point I was trying to make is that the average person will not murder, regardless of environmental stressors. When someone has mental health issues or emotional impulse control issues, they are not experiencing the world the same and they are not regulating response the same. This is in no way whatsoever, an excuse for harming someone or treating someone as their life is less than. It's a hope that we can look at ways to prevent these violent crimes by identifying and providing the appropriate emotional or mental health support to all children during those important developmental years. I just hope for a future where crimes like this are able to be prevented through positive means.
@@Feoshyt a lot of people blame the mentally ill for violence. Most times they aren’t. Some do become mentally unhealthy where they experience abuse, neglect, sexual abuse and they learn and follow the same destructive path as their environment puts them into but they aren’t mentally ill with bi polar, they can have anxiety and depression that’s brought on by these conditions. Then you have well to do people who don’t have any negative influences or environment and still go down the negative path. We need to focus on making mental health a priority to help others. Even normal people will go to the dark side. I often get the fear that people tell me if we have guns all the mentally ill people will get their hands on them and start shootings like crazy. This kid might just have poor mental health and I think there should be a difference between mental health that went destructive like probably this kid in the video vs mentally ill person who can’t control their actions and so delusional they need help

I will never ever forget the Challenger incident. I was in the second grade. Because a teacher was on board and we live near Johnson Space Center, our school gathered us in the cafeteria to watch the launch live. We were all watching when disaster struck. Some of the teachers at my school knew the teacher on board so they immediately made us go outside for recess, no explanation. That was the longest recess I've ever had, we were probably out there playing for 2 hours. I saw a few teachers crying and a girl in my class was crying because her mom was really good friends with someone on board
I was 7 when the Challenger disaster happened. It was a huge deal that 2 women, one a teacher, were on that mission so nearly every school was watching that happen live in their classroom. I’m pretty sure everyone between the ages of 45 and 60 today remember that day vividly still.

I was in school when the space shuttle exploded. We all sat there shocked out of our little minds. Our teacher ran over to the T.V. and shut it off as quickly as she could. When she turned around she was visibly crying and looking at a class full of children in shock and crying and some screaming in fear. The principal ordered all the teachers to release the children so they could call our parents to come and pick us up. After having seen Neil Armstrong land on the moon I never ever thought something like this could happen. It gives me chills even to this day.

It's a pretty cool museum. If you ever come visit New Hampshire, definitely look up Christa McAuliffe Museum. I was only a couple months old when the challenger blew up but in school we were all taught about Christa McAuliffe and the challenger tragedy and visited the museum. Still till this day its such a sad thing to think about and always hard to watch.
I was in kindergarten and we all watched it together. I clearly remember chatting with my friend as we watched the challenger go up. Right as it exploded complete and total silence school wide. Not a scream. Not a sound. Teacher was frozen in shock. No idea how long we saw the cutfeed signal before teacher gathered herself enough to turn tv off. My generation bore witness to so many"firsts" watched on tv at school. LA riots. Rodney king footage. Oj Chase and trial. 911.
My classroom watched the Challenger launch. I remember my teacher standing at the back of the classroom, watching with us. Everyone, including the teacher was the excited. Our teacher was particularly excited because there was a teacher on board. As soon as she realized what had happened she ran for the TV, to turn it off, and then she ran from the room bursting into tears. Us kids were young enough that we didn't really understand what we were looking at right away but when we finally figured it out, everyone cried. We got sent home early that day. Man, I remember it a lot better than I thought I would. I was only 6 or 7 years old. I remember it well enough that it still makes me tear up. What an emotional memory.
Well it's about time Mr Raven! I thought you'd abandoned us!😔 PLEASE tell me you're going to be uploading more regularly now! I miss your voice and content!
I remember watching this in class, I was 15 years old, it was horrific to realize and think about! My prayers go out to the families of the victims of this disturbing accident!!
That's just how it works in Russia. There is no death penalty, and premeditated murder is about 10-15 years in prison. So 4 years for this is quite a big sentence here
The Challenger photos cover me in chills... My ex was a child watching his aunt, Christa McAuliffe, die on national television... I explain to our daughter that she is related to a hero (Christa). I don't think she will fully understand the gravity of it until she is older.
Not sure how I missed you posting this 4 months ago but oh wow did you shock with the Challenger with the little known facts. Tears and memories of that day came flashing back. Thank you for an extra well done video!
I hope those two girls who did that rot in hell. Not only did Alina try to say she was innocent but she did this willingly and for no reason. Sad. I hope all those sweet animals are resting well. I truly feel sick.
THANK YOU for the warning about Animal abuse. I canNOT hear, watch, anything related to animal abuse etc. it will literally cause a panic attack. Dont know why its not the same for humans lol...Thanks again though, not a lot of UA-camrs preface animal abuse in their stories and put trigger warnings. Im leaving this comment and finding another video.
I was in 4th to 6th grade watching the Challenger "explode live" in my science class. At 46, I remember it so clearly... WE were all silent, the teacher turned the TV off and left the room. She, stoic as she was, came back in and tried to pretend she hadn't been crying, but... We knew.
I was in elementary school when this happened. I think our 7 and 8 year old brains were able to comprehend the outcome. We were all silent. We are a generation that watched the challenger explosion and the twin towers collapse. Im pretty sure we are just waiting for the next tragedy to be broadcast live to us.
Will never forget the Challenger disaster. Our teacher rolled in the T.V. and we watched. It was so traumatizing to both students and teachers that the school shut down for the rest of the day and everyone went home. R.I.P. to the souls onboard and continued peace to their families.
the 2 animal abusers are already out of prison i think. typing this with my dog on my lap... absolutely disgusting and devastating actions deserve more than 3 or 4 years in prison
I will NEVER forget this…I was a Junior in High School. It was 1st lunch (which I had) and because it was a historic launch every classroom and the lunchroom had TVs on and tuned in. God Bless these families and God Bless America.
In 1986 when the Challenger went down I was in high school. They played it on large screens in the school commons as well as the library. Most of the school was gathered to watch it. It was the most eerie day in my memory. The rest of the day they played it on a loop on the t.v.s. No one went to classes. We just sat around crying and comforting each other.
Honestly, the Challenger disaster is one of the most haunting and terrifying stories from history out there. I wasn't alive for it, but even now I can still feel the dread watching the space shuttle erupt into flames
Regardless of the fact that it was 11 something on a Tuesday morning, it had been really hyped in schools across the US and I'm betting most students in school that day were watching, even if it was on local news broadcasts. While they did cut away, it wasn't until after likely millions of us saw the Challenger explode. I remember it quite well even though I was in kindergarten. Even at that age we knew that was not what was supposed to happen when a shuttle took off. And many station engineers(?) were pretty shocked so all over the country, people got several seconds after the initial explosion. I don't think any really followed the entire decent of the wreckage but those watching saw more than enough to know what happened and have it stick in their mind forever. Same with those of us who were watching the news on 9/11 and actually saw the second plane fly into the tower.
I work at an animal hospital that doubles as a kennel. Specifically I work in the kennel area so the dogs I take care of are all healthy and happy, if not anxious. The barking can get annoying sometimes, maybe a lot of the time depending on the group of dogs, and I’ve had to shove large unfixed dogs off me when they try to *ahem* think with their red rockets, but actually hurting them in any way like that??? Fucking unthinkable. Even the dogs that won’t listen and have no awareness of their size and strength and have actually injured people on accident before are sweet puppies that just want to love you, literally no dog or cat deserves that treatment. And if they can do it to animals, the next level up is humans.
All of these are very sad and heartbreaking. 💔😢 The last one is infuriating! Those monsters doing what they did to those innocent animals. I couldn't even watch the rest of it.
One thing I HATE is animal abuse. Those puppies looked at those girls with nothing but innocent love and trust. And they brutally kill them. Breaks my heart.
I was in Russia for a month and didn't really know much about the people. I was at first saddened by the amount of stray dogs and cats. I was staying at a hotel and saw that after the guests went to bed, the staff would feed the dogs any food left on guests plates. The dogs even knew what time to show up. As for the cats, they were allowed to roam free in the hotel dining hall and were fed scraps. I loved it.
What is even more heartbreaking to me is the fact that Christa McAuliffe’s young daughter begged her mother not to go on the space shuttle flight. Then she had to witness the tragedy firsthand. I’m sure that will be with her for the rest of her life.
That would be traumatizing
God Bless her 😭

Spoken like a true narcissist- always trying to find a way to paint themselves as the victim whilst refusing to take any accountability for their actions. I’m surprised he didn’t try to use it as an excuse to reduce his sentence.
That reminds me of the joke about the definition of chutzpah. It says that the definition of chutzpah is a man murdering his parents for their money, then pleading the court for mercy on the grounds that he’s an orphan.
dude only cared that they were gone after he realized what he had done.
it’s sad to know that the engineers who tried to prevent the challenger disaster blame themselves despite there being nothing more they could have done
Only thing I could think of is be blunt: “You want to know what will happen? A space shuttle of heroes is going to explode live on TV for all their families and all those school children we set up the satellite link for. Maybe it explodes before it even clears the ground and showers hit gas and fuel on innocent bystanders. Oh, and NASA won’t just look stupid, it’ll look incompetent!!!!”
For all I know, they drew such a picture for their leadership.
They could've literally protested in front of the crowd that morning, they could've done more since they knew the shuttle would fail
@@anastasiaphan4202 yes! I saw that video on MrBallens channel as well.

I`m Russian and I remember what publicity had the case of "Khabarovsk`s flayers" got. When i read that news my heart broke and i cryed so much. In comments for the news there was a guy, who was their friend. His name is Artyom, he was protecting the flayers. I heard there were more creatures (they don`t deserve to be called people) who tortured animals, including that guy. Durind her time in prison one of the criminals got married with a guy named Artyom (I think it`s the same guy) and later, when she came out from prison she and Artyom got A CAT and even posted photos with it. As I remember, after surving her sentence, amother flayer moved out from Russia to escape revenge, because people here are as extremly hateful towards animal abuse as towards child abuse. Bafore they got in prison, they also made several posts about them wanting to burn down churches. Big thank you to the autor of the video for talking about that.

Same here, across the country all the kids were pumped bc a regular person, a TEACHER, was going to space.

Other teachers had walked into the halls looking for someone to give them a que as to what to do next. They glanced at the loud speakers as if hoping the principal would make an announcement. One by one the walked back into the room and sat down, defeated and stared at the screen as the announcers described what had just happened. No one said a word.

It was inspiring and also sad to hear the story from her since from what I heard, she was her favorite teacher.
The last story was the most disturbing to me. The human murders were also very sad but the dog one really saddened me the most. 😢
Those girls should've received the you know what penalty and I don't mean life in prison.
That's because youre one of those weirdos who think animals dying is sadder than humans dying.
Didn’t say it was sadder then a human. Both are sick to me. Your probably one of those weirdos that killed helpless animals when you were a kid.
@@mathewdonovan5040 The only weirdo here is you.
@@brandonstephens1447 no way you're calling someone a weirdo when you think a dog dying is worse than an entire family dying. how embarrassing.
Thanks for warning us about the last part. Really appreciated it.
I can remember the entire school, gathered in several classrooms and so excited,we were all wide eyed and had been anticipating and preparing for weeks for that moment..When the shuttle blew up,you could hear screams all through the school and for many of us,the trauma is still very palpable..But to know the truth is heartbreaking all over again..I could've done without knowing that but I can't unknow it now..😳😔
I think it was a beautiful gesture that the ball was taken to the space station..😊
Damn. What a day for memories.
First of all: Mrs Morgan was full term pregnant and a 3rd grade teacher in my school (Mccall Elementary School in McCall, Idaho)when the Challenger blew up. She was supposed to be on that flight but being pregnant prevented it. Her best friend took her spot. She was so devastated when we all sat in the auditorium to watch the shuttle take off and we all saw it explode. I'll never forget the look on her face. 😭😭😭😭
Also today marks 10 years that I lost my dad to 2 glioblastoma multi forme brain tumors.
Ugh
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Sorry you lost your dad. December will mark 3 years of losing mine to pancreatic cancer 😢
My condolences to you 🙏
Do you know who her best friend was on the Challenger?
@@jennifercarr9111 I'm pretty sure it was Christa McAuliffe.

@@heidimedel I was just about to delete my comment because I realized after I asked, that it was the teacher. I had a blank moment lol. Thank you though for answering the question without being rude 🙂. Most would probably talk crap about me asking such a silly question. But yeah I realized it after posting it 😆
I was barely a year old when the Challenger disaster happened. My dad WAS actually watching it live (until it cut away). For the first few years of my life, my mom was the breadwinner and my dad stayed home and took care of me. He told me he remembers the moment vividly (I was on his lap) and knew something was wrong almost immediately; he was a huge space buff and still is.
Still no reason for murdering
Get better soon OH mental one
I was in 8th grade, Social Studies class, and remember it vividly...... Every time I see the replay I am instantly reminded of that sad, sad day. Until today, totally believed they all died instantly, nobody suffered. I can honestly say, ignorance is bliss in this example. Things were hard enough watching the accident, but if we knew they were alive after..... Remember praying for their children, who not only lost their parent, but witnessed it first hand. Ya, definitely brings back lots of memories seeing this again.
I don't know how you can rescue an animal and then continue to torture it to death. As a rescuer of over 2 decades, I'm mortified!!!!!
They haven't rescued these dogs and cats. They took them from rescuers who wanted to find owners for dogs and cats they have saved. Could you imagine their shock when they have found out that they willingly gave innocent creatures, whom they wanted to be finally happy at home, to this monsters?
The video doesn't show, but what these female monsters did to the animals was so terrible. The puppies were dying such a terrible, long, painful death. I wish they just killed them... I feel awful every time I remember this story. These... women (i can't call them girls, since it was grown up sadistic bitches) shouldn't live, they should not have existed at all.
Why are you mortified?
I was one of those kids, in one of those classrooms, across the country watching the shuttle explode. It was something I will never forget, no matter how old I get.
Bruh! It took almost 3 minutes to hit the water? 🤯🤯 that is HIGH AS HELL
I can't imagine, if they all survived the release of the explosion, those 3 minutes had to be so terrifying.
RIP to those who lost their lives that day.
Right, and he said it was falling at 200 mph, which is fast asf...and it *still* took 3 minutes?!. 😮😨😫
Wow, I'm new here, and this raven talks very well! I'm impressed that he was trained to speak so fluently. XD
Can't understand how monsters like these two creatures who tortured animals exist in out world this is annoying and frustrating i live for animals i love animals i can't quite think about something that could harm them 😢😢😢😢
It actually shook the whole country, even the president was talking about the situation. I am an animal lover. We have 3 adopted cats. I am a die hard True crime fan and I am ok with the most gruesome details. But I literally could not sleep after reading about this story. It haunts me.

Christa McAuliffe was from my hometown. One of my parents had her as a teacher, and I grew up in the house down the street from her. She is now buried less than 5 miles away from my current home
I think it’s also fair mentioning that a library was named after Ronald McNair, the same library where he refused to leave as a kid when the librarian told him to leave for being black.
I was 5 when it happened and these pictures and videos still hit hard. As a military brat we had NASA send people to base schools to learn more in person stuff about space and all the things that they were working on. Seeing the photos of all those people and in the crowd just hits hard.
When I was a kid, my entire school watched the Challenger tragedy live 🥺 Most elementary schools in Maine watched. Very sad for kids to watch live. Condolences 💜
Thank you for warning me of the animal abuse. I gave you a thumbs up, but only watched the first two cases, not the last with animal abuse. I cannot take that. Odd, maybe, but it botheers me way too much. TgT

You say the Challenger didn't "explode" and then go on to describe, in great detail, what sounds to me like an explosion.
The Challenger “accident” was preventable which made it All the more Tragic.
The last case was absolutely heartbreaking those poor animals . Anything about kids or animals turn my stomach bc they are unable to protect themselves🥺
All cases of violence/murder etc are awful but yeh, it’s definitely extra hard to hear about when it involves animals, children, the elderly or the disabled…basically anyone who is vulnerable and unable to defend themselves fairly :(
I was in 8th grade and we watched it live. Was a crazy experience to watch when you are 13 or 14 years old.
😱 shockingly interesting, the first 2, but the last one, very disgusting 🤮, may the victims rest in peace, 🙏 great video thanks raven 🖤
I live in New Hampshire, born and raised andChrista Mcauliffe was a teacher here in concord nh. It was a big deal for NH at the time. We now have a museum named after and dedicated to her.
I was in the 5th grade and we were in the library. We watched it live. One of the most traumatic things I watched as a child.

I can't understand why the two Russian girls didn't get a higher sentence, especially regarding the amount of animals they killed.
I don't think she will fully understand the gravity of it until she is older.
so sorry for the family's loss of miss mcauliffe :( she is a hero.
Not sure how I missed you posting this 4 months ago but oh wow did you shock with the Challenger with the little known facts. Tears and memories of that day came flashing back. Thank you for an extra well done video!
So many stories of spoiled selfish sons killing their entire family for money😭
I hope those two girls who did that rot in hell. Not only did Alina try to say she was innocent but she did this willingly and for no reason. Sad. I hope all those sweet animals are resting well. I truly feel sick.

Dont know why its not the same for humans lol...Thanks again though, not a lot of UA-camrs preface animal abuse in their stories and put trigger warnings.
Props for such an informative yet entertaining and consise video! Very impressive!
the 2 animal abusers are already out of prison i think. typing this with my dog on my lap... absolutely disgusting and devastating actions deserve more than 3 or 4 years in prison
My dad was one of the Kids who saw the challenger explode in class. He is still horrified of what he saw, even after being in the army.
I will NEVER forget this…I was a Junior in High School. It was 1st lunch (which I had) and because it was a historic launch every classroom and the lunchroom had TVs on and tuned in. God Bless these families and God Bless America.
I remember watching the challenger accident on tv at school. I was in forth grade, I didn't really know it was bad until I saw my teachers reaction.
FINALLY A NEW RAVEN NARRATED VIDEO YESS
We watched the shuttle disaster live in school. I'll never forget it.
I remember the Challenge explosion vividly. I was one of those students in class watching as it happened.
I loved it.
