Now that's how you cook fish. I like it plain and simple. I dont like when they put garlic and all kinds of seasoning on fish as tasty as walley , perch and breamare. You cant taste the fish anymore only garlic and spices. I want to taste that fish . You know if you are a believer somday you'll be with your beautiful wife again and never be separated. Take all those heads and skin create a compost pile best thing for your garden also take the heads of the fish make a hole put the fish head cover a little then plant the plant right on top of the fish head harvest some vegetables

Lard, bacon grease, tallow, coconut oil. mustard? eghh how bout ketchup too? idk man wont it give it a sour taste? i heard of mustard rabbit etc but i been seeing ppl use it on fish for some reason, im still trying to develop my own breading but when i use garlic or onion powder or milk solid or milk powder etc it juts burns up ,trying to find seafood flavours for my breading that wont burn up , i like using self rising flour and panko but still trying to figure out a winning recipe ,i do have one for fried chicken but not for fish yet

I've fried lots of fish over the years with lots of different seasonings, batters, breading, meals and the like - but I've never sloshed the fish in mustard before the dry coating. That will definitely be on our list of things to try very soon!

The mustard makes them fry better, more crispy, you do not taste the mustard.
