Sorry it took me awhile to respond. That tensioner actually comes with the CB performance serpentine system. If I was you I would just purchase the system and just change the belt to a bigger one so you can run a supercharger. Good luck
I've always wondered if a 34PICT-3 carb could support a big cc motor and now I know. I noticed that you have a few 44 IDF clones lying around, why not modify one of them to fit onto the motor that is in the blue bug? All you would need is an intake manifold, some jets and 2 pump jets, and this mod would truly bring out the potential of this motor.
We governed it at 6,000rpm That speedometer is off by 8mph too high I believe. We've been meaning to replace it but haven't had the time to get it done.

I had the exact same problem on it when I was trying to calibrate the app. Took me a while to find this so here you go it's (.863)

His son doesn't like Weber carbs. He has mention that in past videos.
surprise , surprise , surprise , It really gets to 55 in 2cnd. Blue don't have a freeway flyer right? it pulled to over 5,000 rpm.

Hi myself was a non-believer till I tried the mod. Blew my mind away when I got it dialed in.
39 PICT is enough for 2275cc with small valves. Mild cam 110 you still get 140 hp no sweat😊
