  • ok guys can't wait for you to do this 15min no repeat standing core workout! It's great for beginners! This class is a low impact quick workout! I will guide you through 15 different moves, each used to target the whole core. I do use 2 light dumbbells for some of the moves, if you don't have any that ok! Water bottles are a great option too!
    I do give many options to keep everyone safe, effective and feeling strong throughout the whole ab workout.
