  • Dr. LaBelle explains different elbow home rehabilitation exercises
    For Elbow stretches hold for 30-60 seconds 2-4 times a day or as needed.
    For self-myofasical release of the forearm spend 3-5 minutes 2-3 times a week working down the arm on both the outside and inside of the elbow.
    Elbow Eccentric Strength training - 3 sets of 12 reps 2-3 times a week

    Hi sir i dislocated my elbow since 3 months my arm now in flexion is good but in extension is not compleletly extended 90% the question how i can get 100% thanks
