I just did this and literally it alleviated the terrible pain I've been dealing with for two months. I am so grateful for this video. Thank you so much, Doc!!
Worst tennis elbow I have had in 50 years! I watched about a dozen videos and tried most suggestions. This lady nailed it! It took just one day of her methods to significantly reduce my pain. I hope to get back to pickleball and archery soon! Thank you!!!
Hey I like your video, particularly the advice concerning curing tennis elbow exercises . Another resource I also found useful for best way to treat tennis elbow was Renkarter Elbow Formula Report - search google if you like
When using the flat end tool to massage, should it be on the spot of pain? For example if I have medial pain on the inside, is that where I should be doing all the massage
The key is to massage all of the muscle group that cause the problem. If you have medial pain on the inside of the arm, it sounds more like the wrist flexor muscles are involved and it would be a good idea to massage the inside of the forearm as well.
Absolutely incredible! I've been struggling with tendonitis in my forearm for the past 4 months or more. I've tried all kinds of stretches, exercises, cold, heat, you name it. I was even considering investing in expensive braces and therapeutic wraps. I've done this twice a day for three days now and I believe it's gone. There was significant relief initially, and it's only improved since. I wish some of the others could offer mature comments or none at all, although it's obvious that's above them. Thanks, Kristie! Keep up the good work!
I’ve had elbow pain for almost 2 months now but I had no clue as to the cause. I thought I must have banged it or something like this. I’ve been eating pain killers but have very little effect. My wife suggested I might have Tennis Elbow, so after a quick UA-cam search and stumbling across this video, for the first time in 2 months I am almost fully pain free and can now pick up my 3 year old with without wincing in pain. I also found out that my shoulder may have been a big cause of this although never having any pain or stiffness with it. Great video and extremely helpful. 👍
I love this. Been dealing with it for years. Went to a specialist who offered unwanted painkillers and exercises that didn't work. 3 minutes after your video, I found more relief than anything I've ever tried. Thank you!
Hi thank you for this great information. I hope you are able to ignore all the nonsense comments below. Some people are clearly not serious about addressing their pain and are looking at the internet for the wrong reasons. Firstly a bit about myself. I am a guitarist who has suffered from forearm tendonitis for the past 20 years. It appears to be a chronic condition and comes and goes especially if I practice too long. I have seen a lot of good information online including some great stretches that do help relieve the tension. Yours is the first one I have seen that address the shoulders. I think this has been my problem all along. I did the exercise once last night and already feel a huge improvement. With the ball behind my back I found points that were so painful I could hardly roll it. I now actually feel some relief down my arms. I am certainly going to continue the exercise perhaps every 2nd day to give my shoulders time to recover. Many thanks for such brilliant information. I believe it’s really making a difference.
Managed to hurt my right elbow starting chainsaw yesterday. Couldn't even brush my teeth this morning with right hand. Just did the exercises and felt a good stretch. Thank you so much for the video. God bless and have a happy new year!!
Wow! I am impressed! I tried this last night and it felt better. I waited until this morning to see how it felt. Still better, I redid the exercises this am, and I am so impressed! I am so glad I found this. It feels like the type of injury that would get better by rubbing or stretching. IT WORKS!!!! Not 100% gone, but 90% better! Thank you!!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I've had this pain for many months to the point where if I hit a door jam my eyes would water. I did this yesterday and 95% of the pain is gone. It is still a little sore but I can move it without wincing. Truly a God send. Thanks.
Please address golfers elbow as well if you could. Had both and by far it is the greater of the two evils. Especially in the throwing/swinging athlete. These ailments seem to hang around forever and if not treated can be debilitating. Thanks for these segments, there informative and straight to the point with no filler. Perfect.
Dr Ennis, This has been extremely helpful. I have been dealing with Tennis Elbow for 6 months and two days of using your tips 3-4 times a day and I already feel 60-70% recovered. Thank you so much for putting this video out there.
My tennis elbow flared this weekend (PS4 - RDR2) such that it was agony to clean my teeth for example. My grip strength had virtually disappeared. So I did this routine 3 times a day for 2 days. I got a 90% reduction in pain. Very grateful, thank you :)
thank you so very much. I've had tennis elbow twice now. Currently, it will not go away. My job requires overuse of my arms. I've had KT tape and some relief. I did these steps and had so much relief immediately that I will be sharing this video with my Supervisor since this is a common issue with most at my work. Thank you so much. God Bless You
Thank you very much Doc I got rid of my pain overnight by following this. Many thanks for the share. I m a solid 4.5 tennis player, play 4 times a week singles and lift twice a week strenuous strength and endurance training. Past three days i was feeling sharp pain in elbow after playing 2 hours lifting one hour next day and playing 2 hours and lifting one hour right after. I have a clean technique so i was worried that its coming as tennis elbow haunts every tennis enthusiast. Tried this and you are spot on the pain was because my shoulder was tight as i did heavy bench/press, pushups and pull-ups. I used tennis ball to do your exercise and man its gone when I woke up. Many thanks again. Those you are making negative comments pls don’t do if u don’t agree.
Really great exercises. I've had a lot of pain over the past year and my doctor gave me steroids to take, but they didn't do anything. I did your exercises twice now and feel at least 50% better. I'm going to continue and hopefully get rid of the pain altogether. Thanks so much for sharing your expertise!!!
Thank you! Definitely going to get a tool to use instead of only getting that done at the PT. And thank you for explaining that it comes from the shoulder also.
I was about to go get a shot in the elbow and I decided to search UA-cam before I made an appointment. So happy I found your video. I can now pick up heavy things just a half hour after I did all you illustrated. Thank you.
It work..I am 44 I just sold a business and I want to get back into weightlifting during my early retirement my elbow is killing me and now it seems to be better thank you
Awesome tips and they work! I have been having issues with tennis elbow the past couple of months. I was doing exercises to massage and loosen the stiffness, but still really sore. I watched your video and learned so much immediately. I never thought of my shoulder causing issues with my forearm. When I pressed the areas on my shoulder with my finger tips, I felt pain instantly. I went and grabbed a tennis ball and immediately did the exercises. Wow, what a difference. I then re-watched the video, used a metal putty knife and did all the techniques you showed. A lot of the pain and stiffness is gone after one round of doing everything you showed. I will rest and avoid doing anything to aggravate the areas as much as possible. I also will do the exercises you showed every evening until I no longer feel the discomfort caused by tennis elbow. Thanks So Much!! You are the BEST!!
I tried this and immediately got relief. I just bought your Derma Edge tool and am excited about using it. I found that using the Apple TV remote really causes my Tennis Elbow to really flare up. It is a horrible remote because it requires a lot of repetitive motion! I have never played tennis but I was diagnosed with tennis elbow several years ago.
I have been suffering from Tennis Elbow for 6 months. I just tried this and cannot believe the relief after just one try. I know its not gone entirely, but I can feel the muscle loosening. Wow! Thank you!
Thank you for this! I'm thrilled and so grateful for the info!!! I've had tennis elbow for far too long and am encouraged to try these exercises. Thanks again!
My arm was hurting and aching so bad, I thought this couldn't possibly work. I tried it, and OMG... it totally works. i had to come on here and say thank you. I've done the process a few times, when ever i feel it coming on. Its not 100%, but its about 80% better id say! THANK YOU!!!
Very nice I had tennis elbow pain last 1 year I treated all over even striad enjection aswell no results I did above exercise only twice I feel better pain go away like magic God bless .
I am so hopeful that your tips work. I have been battling lateral epicondylitis/tennis elbow for months due to a repetitive motion injury from playing the drums. Music is my passion and I absolutely love to play drums. I completely did this to myself; I didn't listen to my body and kept playing through the pain, I played for hours on end without a break, did not properly stretch/hydrate/take care of myself. I have been going to a physical therapist and have been getting dry needling done- I have muscle adhesions in the fascia of both forearms that I can actually see protruding from my skin. It has completely changed my life and I live in constant pain. I have tried the age old RICE therapy with minimal results, I have taken a complete break from drums, I stretch and do yoga regularly, etc. Nothing has helped thus far. I actually ordered what looks like the same exact Graston tool that you are using on Amazon about a month ago. I am afraid to try things that a specially trained person should be doing but I am also concerned that the money and time spent seeing a physical therapist is only putting a band-aid on the problem. Anyway, I did not intent on writing a novel but I just went through my first routine as explained above and I am looking forward to reporting any successes that I find after doing it for a few days. Thank you for the video and I agree with some of the previous posts; haters are going to hate! I appreciate you taking the time to offer a free instructional guide to managing this issue at home. Keep it up and thanks again!
I am literally shook right now! I followed the instructions just once and I’m feeling some relief. It’s been 5 months and 2 trips to the orthopedic doctor, injection that lasted 2 weeks, and very little relief up until right this moment! I also have cubital tunnel syndrome on the same arm so I’m hoping by some miracle this will help that a little too- thank you so much 🙏
I had it all, ulnar nerve entrapment, tennis elbow and golfer's elbow. I had a small non-visible lump in the spot highlighted in this video that I assume was scar tissue. I tried the technique that Kristie suggested with the plastic portion of a pair of scissors. I wasn't expecting this but it scraped away the lump and my pain was gone instantly. Over the months my golfer's elbow is gone and my UNE feels about 85% healed, which I floss regularly. One bit of lasting pain is whenever I do tricep workouts or pushups I feel pain at the elbow where it meets the triceps. I just wanted to come back here and thank you. Also just like North Wind, my skin doesn't turn red, so I just scraped until I lost a little bit of sensation in that spot.
IT WORKS!!! Thanks for this video. Really appreciate it. The sore in my upper arm is almost gone now. Great instructions and perfect demonstration. Thank You once again.
Thanks Rob! I’m glad you use these techniques too:) I made the derma edge because the instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization worked so well I wanted people to continue their treatment at home. And a door hinge just didn’t work as well as I wanted:)
Thank you, doctor. Mg right arm is so weak because of this and is preventinge from lifting weights. After doing this for a week, I feel great and can lift weights now. Thank you, again!
Dr. Kristie, You did an amazing job in this video, 99.9% of those 5 min quick fix videos are not real but yours. I was surprised that it really worked for me. I can go back to train my daughter way sooner now. Thank you!
Thank you. I have been having pain for 2 months now. I searched UA-cam and found you. I just tried your exercises and have some relief. I used a back scratcher for my forearm. I don’t have a ball but I massaged my front shoulder for now. I will have to go buy a tennis ball 🎾 later on today. Thank you, Dr. Kristie
I thank God for people like you, posting very valuable information. I had always wondered if my sore shoulder was related to the tendonitis, and never got a clear answer from my MAT therapist about the connection between the two. I have the "blue balls", which are much softer than the baseballs, but they are meant to be pressed into the body; I am going to try that. I do remember the last time I had tendonitis, the therapist took my forearm and mauled it to the point of tears on my part, but the elbow felt better afterwards. Thanks again, a grateful sufferer that doesn't want it to again last 8 years like last time......
Thanks; my shoulder is better now, I believe due to some new attention paid to my sacroilliac joints, which my doctor said are inflamed and chronically "sprained". I'm doing hot/cold therapy on them and a stretch called foundation training with dr eric goodman-it's a special pose that is supposed to correct sacroilliac dysfunfction. However, my tendonitis remains a problem, after much attention paid to all the things you mentioned, except that I use a massager on my lower arm rather than "scraping" it. What do you think?
Thanks this is very helpful and I will give it a try to relieve my pain.. Disappointed though to see the number of ignorant sexist remarks on this video by some watchers. Grow up folks!
I have suffered tennis elbow for weeks and have not been able to train. The pain was so bad my forearm would ache all day. It also felt like someone was sticking needles into my forearm. As soon as I started these exercises I could feel immediate relief. Thank you so much for sharing this video as it has helped me immensely.
lehewych123 Apologies for not replying earlier. I got the pain after a month of solid training. My strength increased dramatically and I found I had to increase the weight and this is what caused the problem. It also could have been brought on from over 20 yrs of Shotokan Karate with all the rigorous training. The exercises in this video gave me immediate relief and after about a week the pain has almost gone and I'm ready to start weight training again. The pain was so bad I couldn't even hold a cup of coffee...lol
Thank you. I was in a lot of pain, and that relieved it for awhile. I'll keep doing this. I'm sad about the rediculous comments people make just because you are a woman. I appreciate the help with what had become debilitating pain.
I've been in distress for two weeks with nerve pain from what I suspect is tennis elbow/carpel tunnel, I must have been using a compression sleeve the wrong way with the pads, because your suggestion worked like an absolute charm. Thank you so much! Liked and Subscribed!
Dear Dr Ennis, i recently took up the game of golf again - as a result of COVID19 lockdown - and developed a tennis elbow. Your kind sharing of knowledge brought me almost instant and lasting relief. With much gratitude for your unselfishness and a desire to help people in distress. God bless
Omg, have had tennis elbow for 4 months, it's like tooth ache of the elbow. Following your advice and using a flat handle of a dinner knife I have seen about a 70% reduction in pain after 2-3 days. Big thumbs up
this is amazing ! although it never worked the first go for me it drastically lessened the amount of pain i was in . will definitely give it a few more times . thank you 🙏!
Thank you I wasn’t able to straighten my arm but after I watched this video I was able to straighten my arm thanks also how long will it take for my tennis elbow to go away
I am much more likely to trust someone who recommends using a common item like a soul can or door hinge when possible. Straightforward and reasonable information presented very clearly. Thanks
This is an amazing video. Very well presented and helpful. This woman is very professional. Thank you so very much for posting this as it has significantly eased my discomfort.
Instant relief! Thank you so much. I know a lot of people are commenting about rest, but I'm an artist. So I have to work every day on my craft - I can't take a week or more to rest, and exercise was only exacerbating the problem. So thank you so much for these tips!
Thanks Kristie, this instantly solved my tennis elbow pain. I don't understand it -- but it really works. Unfortunate that all the infomercial promotions are being attached to your incredibly helpful video (i.e. Fred's Elbow Helper).
Thank you, Dr Ennis for those great tips. I have done exactly as you have instructed. I think that there is already a little improvement. Will definitely be repeating the exercises in the next few days. Thanks.
Thank you - after watching your video - I followed your instruction the same day my elbow got better instantly. The second day almost 100% :) Thanks again for your help.
By far the most effective exercise for tennis elbow. I just tried for the first time today & honestly the pain is at least 50% less. Just wanted to ask you how many times per day & for how long would you recommend? Thank you so much!
I’m glad you are feeling better! I usually recommend 1-2 times a day. Once it feels better, it’s a good idea to keep it up a couple times a week if you are continuing exercise that bothered it.
Thank you for this info, I will do this faithfully. I am treating a tennis elbow from overuse and you hit the nail on the head, my shoulder is weak and I have a tightened muscle on my shoulder leading to my neck. Its a constant problem I have, almost 70 yrs old now. Thank you so much, God bless you richly in your practice. Mrs C.
I didn’t think it would work but I’ve been desperate for some relief so I tried and Omg this actually helped my pain 😭 it’s still there but significantly less uncomfortable and hopefully will finally be gone in a day or two 🤞
It works. I'm shocked. It really works, thank you Kristie. I wish I could take back the $180 I spent on my local Physio and give it to you. That guy has no idea. You know what you are doing. I've had a pain now for over 6 weeks. Tried so many things. 95%-99% of my pain is now gone in 5mins. Will keep using the technique to clear it all. xx
Thank you for showing me these fantastic techniques for getting rid of my tennis elbow. If done correctly these techniques will be super effective. I have been suffering with tennis elbow for a week now and these stretches really helped me in just a few minutes.
Thank you so much Dr. Ennis. Had this problem during golf round last week, where I can barely able to hold the golf club because of the pain. I have been doing this tips for about 5 times yesterday and it helped so much. I think I am able to golf again tomorrow.
Thank you for this video, I already feel better. I really messed up my arm doing repetitive stuff at work months ago and have been suffering since. This helped a lot.
Thank you so much. It's helping a whole lot and thank you for addressing the shoulder issue too cos that is what a lot of PT's don't treat when you tell them you have tennis elbow they just treat the elbow
I apologize because I thought I had responded to you but it looks like I didn’t. I’m very glad things are feeling better:) it’s definitely amazing to see how the body works together. Oftentimes, people have an area of pain but the issue causing it is in a completely different area.
It worked! Feeling 90% better. Will continue these exercises. The first exercise is called "Gua Sha" in Chinese Medicine. I used a Gua Sha tool and did the upper arm also. Thank you for sharing these simple ways to treat tennis elbow. Blessings!
Amazing! Have tried painkillers, anti-inflammatory stuff, and some physio sessions for the last 3 months with no success, and I felt 90% better with just one attempt! Am a golfer and was suffering from both tennis and golfer's elbow. Going tomorrow to the golf course to smash some monster drives. Thank you Doc, You're a lifesaver!
just watched this video I will give it a try.I experience severe pain in the elbow area after I have had a nights sleep and struggle to get out of bed because of it. I am 77 years of age
thank you so much I was in so much Agony if I move my elbow from Ice even for a second it felt like it was on scorching fire. all of this made things more bearable so I'm seriously super grateful to you thank you so much
Thanks for your sharing. This is the first time I saw someone doing this to kill the tennis elbow pain, I will give it a try and feedback to you all later.
I just did this and literally it alleviated the terrible pain I've been dealing with for two months. I am so grateful for this video. Thank you so much, Doc!!

Ray Wilson I'm excited for you to get back to your sports! I know how frustrating that can be to be sidelined.
I'm definitely using a tennis ball to cure my tennis elbow that I got from playing tennis, so that I can get back to playing tennis.
Wow. I’ve been dealing with this for months and you cured it in 5 minutes. Literally 95% pain free in 5 minutes. Thank you!
You’re welcome!
Kristie, this is is the best video for tennis elbow pain I have ever seen.

Thanks John! I’m glad things improved for you! Even when the pain is totally gone, I would do these techniques a few times a week as prevention.

I’m a firefighter and have had pain in my right elbow. This was an incredible step to eliminate pain, regain strength! Thank you so much.
You are so welcome!

I also have cubital tunnel syndrome on the same arm so I’m hoping by some miracle this will help that a little too- thank you so much 🙏
You are so welcome and I hope you have continued relief 🙏
I'm so glad to hear that things are feeling better. That's a great tip about skin as well.
IT WORKS!!! Thanks for this video. Really appreciate it. The sore in my upper arm is almost gone now. Great instructions and perfect demonstration. Thank You once again.
So glad your soreness is gone!
It's been 30 mins since I seeing this video and writing this. I am pleased to say I already have relief. Thank You
You’re welcome!
Hey I'm a PTA and use this tx on some of my patients. Learned it at a seminar years ago for CEU. Definitely works. These comments are ridiculous.
You’re welcome! I’m so glad to hear you are back to lifting weights 😀
this really did work. Thank you so much kristie!
Dr. Kristie, You did an amazing job in this video, 99.9% of those 5 min quick fix videos are not real but yours. I was surprised that it really worked for me. I can go back to train my daughter way sooner now. Thank you!
You are very welcome:)
I'm so lucky to call this lady my PT and friend. Love to you Kristie.
Awww! Right back at ya!
Kristie
You’re welcome!
Thanks again,
a grateful sufferer that doesn't want it to again last 8 years like last time......
Jeans Roses I hope the shoulder is feeling better as well as the elbow! I will be doing a video on the shoulder in the near future
Troy Bell how often did you do this ? I just got it today and want this shit gone asap?
lehewych123 Apologies for not replying earlier.
Thanks a lot! Your tips have helped me to get rid of the pain I had. I just used the pressure of my hands
Thank you. I was in a lot of pain, and that relieved it for awhile. I'll keep doing this. I'm sad about the rediculous comments people make just because you are a woman. I appreciate the help with what had become debilitating pain.
You’re welcome! Even when things get better, continue to do the techniques so pain does not come back.
Kristie I have ITS elbow tendinitis your videos have been the most practical solution please keep them coming , manythanks 👍👍
You are welcome!😊
wow!!!! thank you so much. I just tried that and it worked immediately!!
I've been in distress for two weeks with nerve pain from what I suspect is tennis elbow/carpel tunnel, I must have been using a compression sleeve the wrong way with the pads, because your suggestion worked like an absolute charm. Thank you so much! Liked and Subscribed!
You’re welcome! I’m glad this worked for you 😊
Dear Dr Ennis, i recently took up the game of golf again - as a result of COVID19 lockdown - and developed a tennis elbow. Your kind sharing of knowledge brought me almost instant and lasting relief. With much gratitude for your unselfishness and a desire to help people in distress. God bless
I’m so glad your arm is feeling better 😊
Omg, have had tennis elbow for 4 months, it's like tooth ache of the elbow. Following your advice and using a flat handle of a dinner knife I have seen about a 70% reduction in pain after 2-3 days. Big thumbs up
Yay! I’m glad to hear it:) I actually created my own tool, the Derma Edge, for fascia release. Check it out at drkristieennis.com
Hello from Belgium, thanks a lot for the tips. Get immediate relieve.
I’ve had this problem for about 5 weeks with no sign of getting better.
This gave me a lot of relief.
Thank you.
You’re welcome! I’m glad things are better 😊
OMG! It worked! I am now your biggest fan! ☺ Thank you so much for posting this.
You are most welcome!
this is amazing ! although it never worked the first go for me it drastically lessened the amount of pain i was in .
will definitely give it a few more times .
thank you 🙏!
You are very welcome!
Thank you, only started doing this technique yesterday and considerable relief and improvement experienced. Thanks again, great stuff.
Thank you I wasn’t able to straighten my arm but after I watched this video I was able to straighten my arm thanks also how long will it take for my tennis elbow to go away
You’re welcome! I find it typically take a few weeks to heal
I am much more likely to trust someone who recommends using a common item like a soul can or door hinge when possible. Straightforward and reasonable information presented very clearly. Thanks
Dr Kristie as I am sitting and practicing your tennis elbow moves i GOT IMMEDIATE RE LEAVE thank you so so much Hanlie RSA
You are very welcome! So glad you are feeling better:)
Wow I’ve been in agony for 3 months now. Just tried this and instant relief! Amazing, can’t thank you enough
You’re welcome!😊
Thank you, for your time in showing me the techniques needed to deal with injury.
You are welcome!
I am so thankful that I found this video now I can get back to dirt bike riding thank you!!!
This is an amazing video. Very well presented and helpful. This woman is very professional. Thank you so very much for posting this as it has significantly eased my discomfort.
You are very welcome! I hope you continue to feel better!
Instant relief! Thank you so much. I know a lot of people are commenting about rest, but I'm an artist. So I have to work every day on my craft - I can't take a week or more to rest, and exercise was only exacerbating the problem. So thank you so much for these tips!
I’m so glad you are able to maintain your craft:) hope things are still feeling good!
You’re welcome 😊
Mrs C.
Thank you so much! I’m glad we were able to get to the root cause and I hope things are still feeling good for you😊
I didn’t think it would work but I’ve been desperate for some relief so I tried and Omg this actually helped my pain 😭 it’s still there but significantly less uncomfortable and hopefully will finally be gone in a day or two 🤞
I’m so happy to hear you are feeling better!🤗
Your technique worked for me inmeadiately and all I tried were the first two. Thank you soooooooooooo much!
You are very welcome 😊
Will keep using the technique to clear it all. xx
So glad this helped you😊
Thank you for showing me these fantastic techniques for getting rid of my tennis elbow. If done correctly these techniques will be super effective. I have been suffering with tennis elbow for a week now and these stretches really helped me in just a few minutes.
So glad things feel better!
Thank you! I haven’t been able to play hockey for weeks from my injury, but I tried this and it worked! I’ll be thinking of you when I play tomorrow.
You’re welcome! I hope the game went well!
Thank you for this! Rolling my shoulder out really helped. :)
Thank you Kristie for your knowledge. Your advice was very helpful.
You are most welcome!
I'm a trainer and so glad I found your channel 😁
I’m glad you like it:)
Thank you so much Dr. Ennis. Had this problem during golf round last week, where I can barely able to hold the golf club because of the pain. I have been doing this tips for about 5 times yesterday and it helped so much. I think I am able to golf again tomorrow.
You are so welcome! So glad to hear you can get back to golf!
after watching many tennis elbow videos this video helped me immensely so thanks very much for helping out its appreciated...love from Scotland!
You are very welcome:)
That bit with the tennis ball was brilliant. Never occurred to me that the shoulder muscle was involved
I’m glad it was helpful for you! It’s amazing how much one body part affect another!
Thank you for this video, I already feel better. I really messed up my arm doing repetitive stuff at work months ago and have been suffering since. This helped a lot.
So glad things feel better. I know it’s probably difficult to do, but try to keep the wrist as neutral as possible when you aren’t working.
anyone that downvotes this didn't try it. Had pain for 5 months and two doctor appointments till I found this video. Stick with it and do it everyday.
I’m glad that it is helping you:)
Thank you. Worked! No pain in left and just a little in the right.
You’re welcome! Glad the pain is better!
this actually worked , you are a star !
It worked! Feeling 90% better. Will continue these exercises. The first exercise is called "Gua Sha" in Chinese Medicine. I used a Gua Sha tool and did the upper arm also. Thank you for sharing these simple ways to treat tennis elbow. Blessings!
You are welcome Rachel! Gua sha was definitely the first form of instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization.
Excellent advice! My tennis elbow pain eases a lot after 5 minutes following your instructions!
I’m so glad to hear that!
I just did this, and IT WORKED! I'm so happy! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
You are very welcome!
Amazing. Thank you. Had a Chiropractor working the Graston Technique, but not the ball. I found a spot in back that made a world of difference.
So glad it helped for you!
How often/frequently should this be performed if it doesn't remained "healed"
I would shoot for 2-3 days a week
Thanks for this info. My tennis elbow is really nasty. I'm going to start doing these techniques this coming week. Cheers again!!
You’re welcome! Let me know how it goes!

I appreciate your time and effort that you put in to make and post this video.
You are most welcome! I love being able to help people:)
Thanks. Great vid. This really helps my tennis elbow. I've never had it before till recently and now the pain has decreased. Glad I found this vid.
So glad things feel better!
just watched this video I will give it a try.I experience severe pain in the elbow area after I have had a nights sleep and struggle to get out of bed because of it. I am 77 years of age
Oftentimes in sleep, people find they sleep with their wrist bent. A wrist splint to keep the wrist neutral when sleeping might be helpful.
thank you so much I was in so much Agony if I move my elbow from Ice even for a second it felt like it was on scorching fire. all of this made things more bearable so I'm seriously super grateful to you thank you so much
Thanks for your sharing. This is the first time I saw someone doing this to kill the tennis elbow pain, I will give it a try and feedback to you all later.
Good luck and hope you feel better:)
holy crap..3 weeks of IBs and wraps..i used the side on an ipod..did it twice..5 min..no more sharp pain..thx Doc!
You’re welcome!
