It definitely runs big but it’s also meant to be big. I’m tall enough for a large but thin enough for a medium and the medium feels great the way it fits, even though it feels big
@@Tiger24kicks it's orange so marks and stains will be more visible. I would see if a stain repellent or scotch guard is compatible with this fabric for some added protection. Thanks for watching!
Your best bet is to take your chest measurements and see what size you fall closer too... These run big. You can size down with this piece so getting the right fit depends on your upper body size and if you want there to be room to layer or if you want it to fit a bit closer to the body.
@@GearWave where can i see the chest measurments of S size ? Also i live where winter isnt killing cold so a normal or thermo t shirt will be just fitting so no need for extra layers space
@@GearWave also do you think i can wear this in city in winter if i only have a shirt with it is it fitting is it not too much cuz im not planning on going on a hike into Antarctica
Very very cool Jacket, I love this colour!!! Old school mood in the video Bro', yeah! PS I'm asking why no futurelight fabric on the outer surface? (for saving the cost, maybe?)
Your weight doesn't really matter. You have to measure specific parts of your body like your chest and arms and see where those measurements fall on TNF's sizing chart. Go to the web page of the jacket and or items you wanna buy and then on that page you should see the words "sizing chart" off to the right or left of the actual sizes available for the garment. Measure under your arms all the way around your upper chest and that will give you your chest measurement. Go to the chest measurements section on the sizing chart and look for a size that falls about 2 inches larger than what your chest measurement is. That should be the size you want to get. For this particular piece which runs practically a whole size bigger you could get away with getting a smaller size. So if your chest measure 46 inches and on the sizing chart 46 inches falls into the Large size you could probably get a medium. I hope this helps. Thanks again for watching.
It depends on where you live. I'm f your in a constant cold climate this jacket will be right at home. If the temps by you fluctuate then yes it may be overkill. You should have a secondary jacket for milder temps. Thanks for watching !

Yes! I think they wanted to keep the cost down. They know the majority of people aren't going to use this piece in extreme conditions.

Thanks for your video

Is this coat warmer than the Men’s Expedition McMurdo Parka which also has 700 fill down? Thanks.
Visibly this jacket looks like it has more down inside compared to the McMurdo so I would say yes it should be warmer.
I need it for plowing I’m gonna look like a g with that on
Just orderd this ,is this decent for winter or is it overkill?

Hey whats your Height and Weight ?
I am 6'3 275, was thinking XXL?
6ft 235....use the sizing chart to give you a better idea. Again this piece is SUPER roomy! The XL may work.
no zippers on the pockets?
Wat size do u have on
XL
The black don’t got the patches tho ?
Are you serious? That's wack!
You are right. The color black does not have any patches according to NF's customer service
Wondering if many people do videos like that in the ghetto
😂😂😂😂the hood is where you get the REALEST stories ...
It’s a shame it’s not gore Tex and 800 goose fill I prefer my cryos expedition
If it's raining that hard your not going to be wearing this ..lol Plus Gore Tec would have made it more expensive
I got a green one
Green? You mean teal right? I've never seen this latest version in green.
Totally agree about the pockets and netting…also not gore tex/futurelight 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
Yup...Gore/Future light would have made it more expensive. For it's size though it's pretty light.
