Bake at 150°C for 60 minutes

*Milk 30g
*Vegetable Oil 30g
*Eggs 3p
*Sugar 10+35g
*Cake Flour 50g
*Salt 1g
*Lemon Juice 1ml
*Vanilla Extract
**************************************
Bake at 150°C for 55 minutes
**************************************
【【 10 inches 】】
*Milk 80g
*Vegetable Oil 80g
*Eggs 8p
*Sugar 30+80g
*Cake Flour 135g
*Salt 3g
*Lemon Juice 3ml
*Vanilla Extract
**************************************
Bake at 150°C for 60 minutes
**************************************
TIPS:
1. Milk and eggs should be at the room temperature.
2. Adjust the baking temperature according to your oven; make sure bake at 150°C in the oven.
3. Do not use non-stick molds or baking paper when making chiffon cakes. Silicone or aluminum molds are the best choices.
4. Make sure the container and whisk touching the egg whites WITHOUT any water and oil.
5. Demold the cake until it is cool completely.

Bonjour, j'ai fait 2 fois le gâteau super bon mais effectivement je ne suis pas là seule à dire qu'il retombe 😮. Merci de m'indiquer si vous savez pourquoi 😊.
Pour éviter que le gâteau retombe, il faut faire attention à trois points :
1. Utilisez un moule en aluminium ou en silicone.
2. Une fois la cuisson terminée, secouez immédiatement le moule et retournez-le.
3. Démoulez le gâteau uniquement lorsqu’il est complètement refroidi. Ça fait 1,5 heures à peu près.

6 inch and 8 inch cake all done well but when i try 10 inch, the middle will slightly sink after cooling down.. any advise 🙏🏻
