You should be in the clear. That is what these 1" block lift kits are designed for! If you have a rear seat kit or added weight on to the rear, we would recommend heavy duty rear springs to boost up the back a little bit to prevent any rubbing there.
No lift necessary for the rear. However, depending on the load you're carrying and condition of leaf springs we recommend heavy duty leaf spring replacement. This will bump up the rear end to make it more level.

I have the same tire wheel combo. So the tires will still rub some with this lift? I would have to go with a 3” lift for it not to rub at all?
