Hi! Thank you so much for your videos and tutorials, it's so great and useful! I'm trying to manage this "Double Star Drop" - and even can do it, but its soooo difficult for me yet. Could you please give me a hint - may be you have a video with alternative version of this drop - the easier one? Thank you once again!
One day my inverts will be strong enough to start doing drops! Been doing silks for a year and a half and can't quite seem to invert without being on the ground. Any tips for that?
+Kay Jay Thanks for watching and your comment! A few tips: 1) Make sure when you invert your hands are in front of your chest and your elbows are into your sides, if you are reaching your arms up too high it makes it very difficult 2) Be sure to practice pulls ups (or assisted pull ups) in between your classes 3) Abdominal strength is vital! 4) Strengthen your hip flexors & core by doing Pilates style leg lifts with ankle weights on (as long as you are injury free!)
