Trees may be tempting but it is truly NOT SAFE unless you seek advice from a qualified arborist to examine the tree. It's always best to use certified aerial equipment, hire a professional rigger to rig your aerial silks or hire a structural engineer to test the strength of the beam/point you are hanging from.
As always, warm-up before training and attempting any exercises on the aerial silks to avoid injury. Place a thick crash mat underneath your point!

I just could not see clearly which way exactly both legs move through the pols. Thanx👍
Totally! Love that drop :) The angle of the camera makes it hard to see but basically both legs go through the poles, I put the left leg through first. I created a tutorial video on my Instagram post as well. Feel free to DM me as well and I can help through it!

How tall are your silks
Hi I’ve wanted to get silks for a while I’ve wanted the white one but I’m afraid I’ll get it dirty (it would be outside) do you think your white one gets dirty that much and is it easy to wash?
Oooh...white fabric is so pretty! Any colour fabric will get dirty over time but it can be washed in the machine regularly with mild detergent and lukewarm water. Just make sure that you purchase your fabric from a reputable supplier such as AerialEssentials or Jugglegear and don't buy the crappy quality from Amazon.

Hey there! Mine is silver and it does get dirty but all the dirt spots come off very easily when I wash my silks. I purchased from AerialEssentials!
