Few important points: 1. Your calculation effectively assumes an ideal world, where you decide when to enter and when to leave a fight, and you are playing it very safely (all comparisons are about "how much damage will a full t4 army vs a full t5 army deal"). This is not real life - you may just be stuck somewhere with your 5 marches, and fight it out till death. The moment you decide to continue fighting, t5 units start trading way better - because they perform better against a fixed opponent force, and you will have more of them remaining during the fight. 2. Your damage formula at 0:50 is good for determining the total number of all injured troops. However, the amount of _severely injured_ troops is what matters in the trade - and it is not proportional to the amount of total injured! Instead, the more damage you deal compared to the damage you receive, the less sevs you get, and the more sevs your opponent gets. Which (heavily) shifts the calculation in favor of t5 units when you start talking about sevs. 3. Your Nr. 5 "hidden Pro" works actually the other way round: as a t5 player, you always only train t4 during "normal times", then for "gain power" events, upgrade t4 to t5. It is waaay more efficient in terms of speedups.
I hope I was able to explain my idea properly. Let me know what is your thought on this. Because this channel is brand new, timeline doesnt work. Here you go: 0:00 Intro 0:49 Methodology 2:22 PROs & CONs 5:34 Conclusion 7:20 Suggession 8:27 Outro 8:41 Bloopers
u forgot to mention that F2P farm accounts are nerfed.... because some players with their creativity decided to exploit the system, so lilith took the initive to set a farming limit / resource trade to 200m per resource type.
what?! Can you please elaborate? I actually quit for 1 year and came back recently so I have no idea what happened during that time. I transferred billions of rss from my farm acc recently and it was fine. Is it farm accounts that are CH lvl 24?
Basically they updated in their "tos" that when transferring suspicous amount of resources from ur farm account to ur main account, lilith will take away ur resources from your main account... and they will take more than u transfered @BilegtROK
A more general recommendation is using mixed troops. Because T4:T5 isn't a strict proportional relation, but T4 sev wounds are substantially higher, people believe that they are getting most of the advantage of the lower resources but will still "pack the punch" of the T5. I think delving more into something along that lines to find the "sweet spot" would be valuable content.
Thanks so much for your videos. I agree with your assessment. However, many folks will blend marches in the field to mix efficiency with effectiveness. For example, I run two seige marches all t5 because the counterattack damage received is slight compared to the kill points generated. I then protect those two towers with for t4 marches. Another thing I do when it is a bad time to run seige, I run my field marches with a 50/50 split of t4 and t5. Towards the end of kvk, if resources are tight, I switch to 100% t4 Thx again
Rss are cheaper than speedups! If you’re high seed with good rss sellers in your kd, depending on your spend level and account age then the rss bottleneck is a little easier to manage than the speedup one
I'm really glad this video was suggested to me. I play Call of Dragons, not Rise of Kingdoms(I played RoC years ago) and now that I have t5s unlocked I'm still planning on RSS healing my t4 for open field fighting. Right now I play with a blend of units, half t5 and half 4. CoD is different though since I can use free healing on my t5s and rss healing on my t4s. I appreciate the analysis, and it makes sense to me + is likely transferrable to CoD. There's also no speedup cost for healing in this game, so t4s are even better. One thing I miss from RoK is KP, I'm really hoping we get that in CoD soon. Great video, good luck with your channel!
@aniquemir5008 I think so, but I don't know. Right now rebirth of glory is way more f2p than both of them (since there are no in app purchases), but the playerbase is obviously smaller, and the games in beta so. I like CoD because there's ranged PvP, which allows you to out-micro krakens, whereas in RoK you get pretty much 100% value by diving your marches into a ball. There also isn't crystal tech in cod, so that's nice. But again, cods new servers are pretty dead, hopefully they add new content soon to get more players in.
Also speaking from experience I would like to add, the “less good” one of your marchs is, the better it is to use t4, as even though you would think to use t5 to make up for it, since the march is one of your weaker ones, all that would do it give you more sv and a bigger bill
Case to case basis. I agree on the majority you said. However, gaining KP is alot easier if played well, I myself can attest to that I gained 20m sevs in a kvk with just t4 with 2 marches. The factor in this, are the difference on how geared you are and armaments vs enemy you are fighting. Generally avoid small balls and I always join big balls and rank1 - 3 rallies leads / garrison of the kd for more positive results
@@tenbear5 ok try running 2 marches with t4s, show me ur results in a seed B kvk. I'll wait for that, video and then i'll agree with you statement. And no farm killing. Because i do not do farm killing
Thanks for analysis, one additional factor if you are T4 then your targets are much lower than T5 players for DKP since your power is lower, so another CON for T4, not sure what this translates to resource, time, speeds.
can you link your sheet so we can see your calculations and test results? I myself would love to look at it a bit my self! Your info’s mean nothing if you can’t look how the data was actually clocked etc. if you don’t explain how you got your data nor share it. It degrades your video from „hey mathematically this makes sense“ to „trust me bro“. I understand you don’t want it inside your video since you scared that the average viewer will just click of but linking for those actually interested would be awesome

That's not a bad video, far from, but nothing new. Chigule, Fleish and many others already made videos about t4 vs t5. Not even talking about John Wick who made the best video about it.

I fight with mixture 25% T4, 75% T5 and my marches stay strong similar to T5 marches but reduce the gold costs specifically with more than 50% .
