- In this video I am demonstraing how to improve your Jab via the heavy bag. You will receive 5 drills that will help build up resistance in your Jab and variety in how you throw it.
This workout has 5 rounds of separate drills lasting for 2mins. Make sure you set your clock as my workout is an example.

Hi Charles love the videos so informative, for some reason I have lost 60% of the power in my jab I do have a slight shoulder problem but my jab as just got weak ? What would you recommend me doing to build back up my speed and power. 👊🏿
First of do you use your backfoot? Try to tense on impact! Drill slow alignment fixes for your jab and tension for muscle memory.
