@@WorldwideDarts I wouldn't call you old, but you're not young. You're old for how much you're lifting though that's for sure, considering most young people who lift hard and seriously can't get that. Good for you. How did 375 feel? Good enough to where you feel you can get 405 in 2 weeks?

Appreciate the openness and in depth detail about the compounds. Mentioning dosage, etc, etc. I research pharmacology and am very intrigued by these compounds. So hearing about if from a top strength athlete is awesome. Props
just workout once a week and do that for awhile then pump it up little by little. I know life is very busy and you kind of get lazy but doing something is better than doing nothing.

Wish Larry would've stuck to specialist on bench and went after the 700 lb Benchpress still Larry I've never got over your 930lb deadlift till this day one of the most impressive strength feats ever done love watching the video of it never gets old.
One of your best videos, I loved that secret reveal on the inner chest area. most bodybuilder don't know how to develop this area, or if they even thought about it. Also that 405 for 32 reps jaw dropping, mind blowing! 👍👍 you are always improving, NICE.
The man is literally bending that bar like a bow and popping it up along with bounce from his rib cage, great use of physics and biomechanics. Insane control and athleticism controlling 405 like that. Care though, that shit will break your back if you bounce too hard. I almost never copy UA-camrs lifts but i'ma try this technique with a plate =D, chest day tomm!
Be careful with your heart. Me myself as a drug user have probably made significant damage to my heart. I have also done like 5 cycles. Do some tests to know if you have done some damage. Its important.
iam no hater but this where more like 16 reps 🤣32 half reps bounching the bar off your chest. would find it much more impressive if you did 10 clean paused reps with that weight...
The complainers are right that this is not a complete content movement. But it's perfectly good for muscle building, and maybe fast for that. By the way, even in bench press competition there is no full range of motion, most people can't fully extend their arms. Not to mention the suit press. You can still achieve a PR anyway. Go for it!
@@TEXASBOXINGG Then you slow down the reps and pause in the stretched position, this is pure ego lifting. Which is fine, he's not claiming a fucking world record or anything.
Right!I've been training for over 15 yrs and I never do full range on Bence.Half reps are best for chest development but those were like baby reps😊 But not go lie I can't even 10 of those baby reps Larry was doing with 405 . So still much respect due!

Larry, I would say u should go balls to wall blasting gear untill you hit your goal deadlift of 1000 lbs. When you hit your goal, then you should cut back again just enough where your heart is not at risk. We want to see u lift heavy, but we also want to see you healthy and live a long life. God bless bro❤
The problem is he may never hit the 1000 regardless of what he does. Gear alone for him is not even close to enough to hit that. Even if his program is set up 100% for strength gains it will be very tough to hit. Does he want to start taking extra gear when there's a good chance he never hits it anyway. He should just try be taking what he is now. He's already taking a lot, and taking more likely won't add anymore to his deadlift. That said, I don't know where his body is physically and if he can go for the 1000 right now.
Idk he looked pretty good last time, I think he needs to slow down the reps if he really wants to take it seriously tho. He probably does without the camera
Incline is harder than flat and overhead is even harder than that so I think the PR makes sense if you've strengthened the smaller supporting muscles with a year of constant incline bench.
What people don’t understand is he’s not maxing he’s trying to grow muscle which muscle hypertrophy happens more from the stretch of benching pressing compared to the squeeze at top so him only going half way up n dropping down for that stretch is insane for muscle growth
