    I like your practice, the movements. Your voice is very calming and pleasant. In the beginning though you are going at times at a pace that hurries through some of the movements. Other than that? Tops!

      Our bodies store emotion, and sometimes, that emotion /energy starts to manifest as physical pain. Once you get things moving, the rest starts to flow. Just let it go. It will get better the more you practice 🙏💙
